I visited Dolphin Fitness Club as a guest with a friend who is a long term member there. She always kept on bugging me to come along as she loves the place and literally "lives" there - attending every class she can. I have been to quite alot of gyms in London, but Dolphin managed to impress me. I was pleased with the level of customer service - very warm, welcoming and helpful. The facilities felt spacious and well-maintained, especially the pool area - looks amazing in the evening with the cute blue lights on the sides, quite relaxing ambience. I would definitely like to come back to experience some of the classes to give a fair judgement to my friend's claims :) It's a shame I live in East London, otherwise I would definitely consider joining it as the overall experience felt luxorious and special.

I have been a memeber at Dolphin fitness for just over a month and I was instantly struck by the warmth, freindliness and helpfulness of the staff there. On my first visit i was given a tour by one of the members of staff who showed me everything that I wanted to see. I was shocked to see that they provide free towels and a locker system. I soon returned to enrol in personal training sessions with one of the trainers there. The sessions involved a wide variety of exercises to help me achive my goals and any questions I had were answered with clear detail. The facilites are top of the range and easy to use which adds to my motivation to work hard and get fit. I would definitely recommend joining dolphin fitness to help lose weight and get fit.

I came in one morning to try out the club and take part in the morning Yin Yoga class. I found the staff really friendly. They kindly showed me round the club and explained what facilities were available at the club. I started out in the gym and loved the fact that it was quiet, which meant that I could use a lot of the cardio equipment and weights area. Free towels was a big plus. I went dowstairs to partake in the Yin Yoga class and found the instructor absolutely wonderful! She was very attentive and always provided alternative positions if necessary. I found the changing room clean and tidy, and towels were provided. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely think about joining up once I manage to cancel at my current gym.

Stayed at the apartments, have to say the facilities of the club were amazing!, the staff were very helpful and the clubs hours were great. There are many classes to choose from and you never have to wait for a machines! wow all of this in London! top star gym! highly recommended

GOOD GYM - BUT OVERCROWDED!!!!!!!!!!

Extremely dissatisfied with this gym - I have been trying to get out of my contract here for over 3 months - membership took 33 days to respond to my request. Classes are great, but INCREDIBLY overcrowded... during peak times you will wait over 20min for a crosstrainer / treadmill. If you can attend this gym during the day, it's great, but if you work 9-5 I would not recommend this club to anyone.

I am a member at the gym, the facilities are of good standard but I find dealing with them very exhausting. The shower rooms are often find the soap and shower gels out of stock, the staff are incredibly inefficient, the simplest thing can take months to sort out. I think unless you put something in writing it's not considered!! I found out after I joined that they seem to have a reputation of making all kinds of promises to make their membership targets, but seldom deliver. They have 4 lanes for swimming but 2 of the lanes are constantly taken up with instructors for kids lessons.

My advice, get everything in writing if you have the time & energy. I am considering joining Queen Mothers.

I went to Dolphin Fitness a couple of years ago while they were still refurbishing one area that is now their spa and osteopathy clinic. The high standards in the decor and the facilities are unparalleled.
The swimming pool is excellent and so are the steam room and sauna.
Great place, great atmosphere.
