A bit of a difficult commute if you're rushing in from the office, but quality of wax, technique and pre- and post-wax treatments is very good. Definitely worth it. Much prefer to pay a little bit more but leave the salon knowing the job has been well done and my skin is not aching!

This was my first time at Doll Face and I can not fault it in any way! My therapist was brilliant, she gave me a very good skin analysis and gave me lots of professional and useful advice on my skin type and products I should be using to suit me specifically. The overall experience was fantastic, very relaxing whilst also getting a great facial treatment! I came away feeling great and glowing! I have already since seen improvements on my face and skin. I will most definitely be going back after receiving a test for the wax on my skin, I am very sensitive but Doll face use high end products that are excellent for people with even the most sensitive skin such as myself. It was also very clean and situated in a beautiful hotel, from start to finish I felt I had been truly pampered and cared for by doll face and my therapist!

This was my first appointment at Dollface but definitely not my last! Theresa was very friendly and professional, the eyelash tint was perfectly done but the facial (dermologica) was the highlight - so relaxing and a full explanation of the treatment and my skin type. I felt totally rejuvenated. Can't wait for my next visit!

The best gellish manicure I have ever had. I got lots of comments on them, so much so when I went to another beauty salon that also does manicures (for a treatment that Theresa doesn't do) and they commented on how good they looked and persuaded one of their customers to upgrade to the 2 week mani - how cheeky!

I'm really heavy handed and they lasted the whole of the Christmas/New Year period. It was well worth it.

It was a really positive experience, especially as it was the first time I'd been for a Brazillian (although I had had bikini waxes in the past). Everything was explained well, and I was put at ease as soon as I arrived. I also had a leg wax, although this did seem slightly rushed and I realised afterwards that there were a few bits that had been missed - however, it's possible this was my fault as I was asked if it was OK and I hadn't properly checked before saying yes!

It was the first time I went to Doll Face, but I was very satisfied with the service.

The venue and therapist were lovely. I did have some trouble making the appointment as it was difficult to get hold of anyone on the phone, but once made the experience was lovely. The therapist was obviously experienced and put my at ease. The wax was thorough and overall i was happy with the treatment.

amazing value for excellent treatment. a very clean lovely place, very thoughtful to have provided baby wipes beforehand if you needed to freshen up. cannot fault anything at all, everything was done to high standard.

Theresa is a great therapist - very efficient and a pleasant conversationalist! I had the Lycon hot wax treatment done. Very satisfied with the results as it removes everything.

I had a Brazilian and half leg Lycon wax (Lycon/Hot Wax is BY FAR the best for intimate areas!) at Dollface. The clinic was easy to find and very convenient for travel (whether by car or public transport). Theresa, my therapist, was friendly and professional. As well as asking the standard question whether the temperature of the wax was okay, what I also liked was that Theresa got me to check whether I was happy with the result before I started to get dressed. I have had Brazilian and Hollywood waxing treatments before and been disappointed with the outcome (sometimes uneven/untidy). Am definitely planning to return to Dollface Skin and Beauty Therapy.
