it was my first ever wax and my hair is so thick. i was terrified!
anyway it was great, hardly any pain at all! girls seriously after treatment you'll never shave again!

I have now visited Dollface beauty therapy twice and have been really impressed with the treatment and care from Theresa the therapist. She is excellent, really efficient and speedy. She is very knowledgeable and is always able to recommend varous complimentary products and services that would benefit me. Most importantly though she is really lovely and really knows how to connect with you and help you to relax. My last treatment I had had a pretty rough day but I left my treatment feeling very upbeat - and that's after a waxing treatment ! I have already recommended her to my friends and family and will be using her services from now on!

I've just had my first wax ever with Theresa and it definitely won't be my last! Her personable approach put me at ease right away even though I felt like my heart was going to beat out of my chest! As the waxing got under way, she kept chatting with me all the way through to distract me (we quickly discovered we have a Canadian connection) from the mild discomfort, and even complimented me on how calm I remained!

At the end of the treatment, she made sure I was happy with the result and waxed off a few tiny hairs I had found! She was completely professional, and made me feel so relaxed. This sounds weird, but I'm almost looking forward to my next treatment!

I chose to go to Dollface for my first Brazilian wax, purely on the strength of the reviews, and a recommendation from a friend. Theresa was fab - it would be impossible to feel inhibited or uncomfortable with her as she does everything possible to take the embarrassment out of what's a pretty personal treatment!

The treatment itself was generally fine but a bit painful at times, because I've been shaving for a long time. Theresa has reassured me the next treatment will be much less painful, and that the pain will reduce each time so it's just a mild discomfort ... she's also assured me the results will be well worth the effort! Theresa chatted throughout the wax which helped distract me and she was careful to be thorough.

I will definitely be going back to Dollface in 4 weeks for my next wax. Totally recommend Dollface and Theresa in particular - if you're debating booking, do it!

I went to Dollface as I wanted to settle myself into waxing before a holiday in July. I saw lots of good reviews online and thought I'd give it a go, well i wasn't disappointed one bit, Teressa was a lovely and happy lady, who made me feel comfortable right away.

I have had bad experiences in the past from other waxing places and I was feeling a bit worried. Teressa soon put all my fears to rest, she had great conversations and it took my mind off of my wax altogether.

I got a brazilian, underarm wax and a leg wax, which was all done within an hour. She used a special type of wax (Lycon) that is meant to be less painful and I could actually feel a major difference from other waxes I have used in the past.
I even got information about aftercare and what type of creams i should use for my skin.

Also great if your a teacher or a student as she also offers discounts, which I was very happy about being a teacher myself.

I have already recommended Dollface to many of my friends, and I would recommend it to any one who is a bit nervous.

I really enojyed my time at Dollface and can't wait for my next appointment in May

I have been looking for somewhere for my regular wax for ages and I think I have finally found somewhere that is good value with a very professional and friendly service. Theresa is lovely and I was really pleased with the results. I will go back again!

I have been checking out new places to be my new regular wax and this may be it! The venue is great and Theresa is friendly and puts you at ease. The lycon really did reduce the pain, especially for my sensitive skin! I am big on hygiene and I did not cringe once whilst there which is crucial! The normal price is more or less what you'd expect from a good intimate wax, if it's any cheaper you should start scrutinizing the quality, so with the discount it makes it even more worth it's value!

Fabulous place, located in luxurious hotel with beautiful facilities and great serene ambience plus valet parking. I find bikini waxing reasonably painful so have stayed clear of a brazilian for many years but Teresa the therapist is wonderful, completely put me at ease and successfully kept my mind off the wax! It was definitely less painful than strip wax so much so that I will be returning for regular brazilians from now on. Throughly recommended.

I love and look forward to my facials with Theresa - its my guilty pleasure and so relaxing and calming almost to the point where you nod off (in a good way!) great products and a great Service and does my skin the world of good. Booking my next one in now. 5*.

Great treatment, wasn't at all as painful as pervious ones. great therapist, she was quick and precise!
all that i wanted.. would definitely recommend to anybody wanting a good wax before a nice holiday.
