The venue in Canary Wharf is inviting and clean. Theresa was friendly and did a great job. The wax was pain free and the best I have had in London. I will be going back.

The salon was clean and the therapist was really efficient. The Lycon Berry wax made my skin soft and hair free. Best Hollywood wax I had done in London, will definitely go again. Thank you.

This was my first time at the new venue in Canary Wharf and I loved it. My previous waxing sessions took place at the old salon or (more accurately) room, in Chalk Farm. The new venue is in the lovely settings of Canary Wharf, situated right beside the water. The room itself where the treatment took place was perfect in allowing me to relax and prepare for a serious wax session; cosy and warm with music in the background as always encouraging a relaxed atmosphere and it was lovely to see Theresa looking happy doing what she does best in her new home!

Theresa as always was excellent! I needed an emergency wax and she booked me in with no hesitation, despite it being her first day at the new premises. She always offers me helpful advice on how to maintain the brilliant results of the wax and is always professional but friendly.

One thing Theresa does very well is to offer the highest levels of consistency with brilliant results and she didn't disappoint. The wax was perfect, Theresa was perfect and the new premises was the icing on the cake!

Last week I was incredibly stressed out & needed to take time for myself so visiting Theresa at Dollface was the best decision I could have ever made.
Theresa put me at ease straight away & was very good in pointing out where my skin needed a little help & the changes I needed to make in my daily skincare routine. I had the Dermalogical facial which instantly made my skin feel light & refreshed. This was all capped off with a soothing massage, so much so I almost feel asleep on the bed.
She tidied up my eyebrows quickly & pain free. Once she was finished I felt like the world had been lifted off my shoulders. My skin was glowing for days afterwards.
The new premises are clean & welcoming & extremely easy to find. Theresa was very professional but also very friendly.
If you are feeling the stresses of your every day life then you should definitely treat yourself & book yourself in. I am very much looking forward to my next appointment at Dollface.

I visited Dollface @ Canary Wharf for the first time last week and had a Dermalogica facial with Theresa. The salon is spotless and light and bright, in a lovely location, easy to find from the station. Theresa used Age Smart products and i had a deep exfoliating facial and then a relaxing massage to finish. I was so relaxed I was nearly asleep. My skin looked and felt amazing afterwards and continued to improve over the next few days as well, it has never felt so soft! Theresa was extremely knowledgeable, asking about my usual skincare regime and pointed out where i was going wrong. She will definitely put you at ease and make sure you leave feeling very pampered!

The Docklands clinic is located close to the tube, but over the canal, so is convenient AND quiet which makes for a lovely relaxing atmosphere. On to the treatment! I literally cannot rate Theresa and her waxing technique higher, absolutely amazing results for THE least painful wax I have ever had. Theresa is a great therapist, personal, efficient and competent; her manner makes even those more awkward treatments a comfortable experience. Very impressed with the choice of aftercare creams too, not often you get to choose from three varieties!
I will obviously be returning again and would absolutely recommend Dollface, the Lycon wax being especially brilliant for nervous/new waxers! Thanks Theresa!

I go to Dollface regularly and have followed from the previous venue to the new one in Canary Wharf because its hard nowadays to find better quality treatment which a more friendly and personable therapist. The new salon is superb and even better as its now closer to where I live than before. I am an excrutiatingly shy customer who is not comfortable having my skin touched, but Theresa has an amazing ability to relax me and make me feel completely comfortable. And as if that wasn't enough, everytime I leave a treatment I feel like I have perfect healthy beautiful skin. I could not recommend Theresa and Dollface more - the best.

An amazing beauty therapist! She knows what shes doing, and is really friendly. Totally suggested for first time waxers especially with the lycon wax - which is basically pain free! I will know continue to visit.

I just visited the new salon and loved it! It has a wonderful atmosphere, and as always I am extremely happy with the service. Lycon wax is nearly painless, and the therapist is efficient and professional. I have now been back to her three times and she always does a wonderful job. The new salon is lovely and easy to find. I would definitely recommend Dollface to anyone looking for an easy and painless waxing experience.
