First impressions of this salon wasn’t great , walked in to a chaotic, and thick smog filled room. God knows what was in the air, many different products and potions I suspected making the air a thick fog which can’t be good to inhale. I was taken to a back room and left for 15 minutes after my appointment time. No one spoke to me. The salon is basically two rooms and felt like a barn. It was busy and staff were running like headless chickens. It appeared chaotic and disorganised. Certainly not a nice environment for a bit of pampering or to relax. Eventually someone came over, immediately insulted my hair, (not a professional approach or tactful). There was no advice given or offered considering they had lots of criticism. Would never go back or recommend.
