IT was a few years ago that I ventured here (I decided to write this review now as I finally feel I can discuss this nightmare), a gift from my family as I neared my 30th Birthday. I've had facials before, simple ones that are relaxing and fun but wanted something more taylored to me. After reading her website and the promises of it being all about the customer, full detailed advice given on the products you were using and firmly no pressure sales, it seemed like the one for me, how very wrong I was.
She was running late when I arrived, I had to wait 10 mins in a pocky little room that had a badly water damaged ceiling panel. When we got down to it, being a complete newbie to this type of facial treatment, I expected her to walk me through everything, nope, not at all! I was told that my skin was bad (news to me as it looks ok, has it's issues but pretty good all round and I take care of it) really dry and my dark circles were SO bad and there because my undereyes were SO dry, I tried to explain that actually they were inhertated from my father and I had always had them but alas it fell on deaf ears. I was told I needed a Mircodermabrasion treatment to which I agreed, expecting to be told in detail what that would mean.... nope. We VERY briefly went through my daily skin care and she commented very briefly on things she didn't like me using and didn't mention most of it so I came away none the wiser if what I using was right, just that teatree was so bad for me being so dry.
I was told to lie back and she began. Being nervous I just allowed her, something I would not do now, now I would have walked out as her uncaring attitude basically sucked! So it began and all sorts was done to my face none that I knew the name or meaning of, needles were suck in me around my eyes (she never asked if I was afraid of needles which I thought was really off knowing someone with a phobia of this), eletric currents run through my skin, hard brushes used on my skin, all this knowing nothing of what was happening. All this time she plugged and plugged the products she sold, told me horror stories of customers that had stopped using said products and how their skin went horrid, by the end I was actually scared I was mistreating my skin to hellish levels and was going to look 50 by the time I actually turned 30! Awful scare tatics!
By the time she finsihed my skin was red raw and burning. She said not to worry, that would pass, so after talking myself out of spending £250 (I kid you not) on her skincare I went home. By the next day, oh my lord was I a mess! My undereyes were bruised so badly I looked like I'd been punched, by skin was shiny, itchy, red and burning so badly I was near tears. When my husband complained via email (I was in far too much pain to do anything other than try and cool my skin down as gently as I could with water) and sent photos of the state I was in the cheeky woman actually said I should go down to her! How I don't drive I live miles away!!! It was clear my skin was damaged yet she decided to insult me by saying the pictures were just MY skin and dark circles, I had a sallow complexion anyway! Oh my gosh! So unprofessional! She was very prickly and rude.
I finally went to a local beauty place to try and get help, the woman took one look at me and gave me a very calming simple facial that helped so much, though it took two weeks for my bruises to go. The lady told me that I should have had EVERYTHING explained to me and I should report her to trading standards which I did but nothing could be done other than trying to sue her and I don't have the spare cash for that!
Now I look back on it and laugh some, what a horror story to pass about, I hope no one EVER goes through what I went through. This person was just so unprofessional on my visit, I hope she's changed her ways since!

I must admit I was very worried about having Colonic Hydrotherapy and thought about who to go to and what it would be like and if it would be the worst, bum clenching (ha) experience of my life. So, I booked the appointment, and Diane sent me a Questionnaire to fill in prior to my appointment. When the dreaded day I arrived off I trotted, and was met by the lovely Diane. She immediately put me at ease. We had a thorough consultation and went through my current health, diet, medications etc. etc. I was now ready to jump on the table and have my treatment! It all went really well. It didn't hurt at all and to be honest it was all very relaxing. It surprised me. Diane is lovely. She has a great sense of humour and we got along like a house on fire. I booked again for a Hydrotherapy package and it was amazing. I would skip out of the clinic feeling refreshed. It's an amazing treatment and Diane is an amazing therapist. I would never go anywhere else. She's a great lady and would recommend her to anyone. C.Elkin, Whitefield.

Diane is the best massage by far I have ever had anywhere in the world, just amazing!! I have been having my skin treated by Diane now for the last 3 years and my friends and people I see constantly tell me I look younger now than I did years ago, she really knows her stuff A1 5 out of 5, visit this clinic you'll never look back!! X
