I had the oxygen facial and it was amazing! The clinic is in House of Fraser and is very clean, bright and modern. The staff were very friendly, offering refreshments the minute I arrived. The treatment itself was lovely - lots of different stages and skin felt throughly pampered. I just wish I had purchased the deal for a course of 3 rather than just the one!

Very nice and polite staff. Explained everything. There was no rush. Treatment I had (Oxygen facial) was very good. Would go again and would recomend to everyone specialy for the price I have paid(London Westfield).

The facial is great. This was my third visit. I hate the contract I have to sign. I also hate the bright lights and don't understand why they are necessary (apparently because they are a 'medical salon' & do not give 'relaxing' treatments or something along those lines). For the treatment I had (which I have had in other salons with dimmed lights) I don't feel the lights need to be full on for the duration of the treatment.

A great excuse when having a free consultation and mini facial to visit a new shopping experience and have some time to look around too. Satisfactory service and experience that highlighted some good ideas for skin care.

This was a first "scientific" facial i ever had, so I was very impressed with the tools used and analysis undertaken. Location was convenient, my treatment did not start on time because they were running behind, but overall I was satisfied. My therapist was very professional and the treatment was thorough. Their prices are too high for me, personally, but I would definitely recommend to others.

The venue was easy to get to. I got there well before allocated time, the venue was very quiet which felt heavenly after a had day at work. My thereapist whisked me into the treatment room, she assessed my skin and gave me general advise on how to care for my skin. Thereafter she altered the treatment to cater for my skin needs at the time. This felt very personal. She explained what she was doing throughout the entire time though most of the time I was asleep. I would definitely go back again.

Easy to book and easy to find.
I had the oxy-brightening facial. The therapist explained that this would be leave the skin radiant, and would be suitable before a night out. However, I left very pink faced, so I would take care if your skin is on the sensitive side.
The venue is very clinical, rather than relaxing.
The therapist was lovely, and did a skin analysis and gave a list of recommended products and treatments. Bit of a hard sell.

Destinationskin London is in House of Fraser at Westfield shopping centre in Shepherds Bush. It's easy to find but you do have to walk out past all the shoppers with a red, shiny face after the treatment. I had the Agera vitamin C peel, which is less invasive than other peels. The peel goes on in layers and is slightly tingling, but not painful. The therapist explained it was designed to give radiance and, after the initial redness went down, my skin was glowing and refreshed. All in all, a pleasant experience.

I was very pleased with my facial and service I had, although at the end the therapist did try and sell me the products and more treatments which was slightly awkward to put up with especially when the price tag is in the hundreds. I would not pay anymore than I did via this offer. The £20 voucher price was fair price for the facial I had, it wasn't any different to any other salon and I don't think I would go back without voucher offer.

P.S I didn't go to the House of Fraser Location, I went to Madoc street building off Regent Street.

Had a good consultation at this DestinationSkin. The staff were knowledgeable and gave good advice on skin care. The mini facial was okay and made me want to come back for a regular facial. The venue felt well maintained!
