I was shocked! The salon is very laid back and the staff are extremely relaxed and make you feel right at home. I first went in for a consultation which took a good half hour, the hair colour was matched and I explained the look I wanted to achieve and then came back the next day. The full head took two and a half hours, before i had sat in the salon for 6 HOURS for the same service. Sam explained that she has been doing hair extensions for 10 years and that she has become faster with time.
I was explained how I had to take care of them and this does require aftercare products that don't damage the glue.
I asked how they can afford to do them so cheap, Sam explained that they import their own brand of hair so there is no middle man and they pass the savings on to the customer.
I can honestly say that these extensions are as good if not better than the ones I paid over three times more for. I'm so glad I found this place because now I can afford to maintain them properly.
I chose to wait to write this review because I wanted to see the quality of the hair after a few washes and I'm very very happy with the hair and the service.
