My therapist at Czaro was very nice and gave me some helpful advice on my hair care regimen. I had a cut, blow dry and collagen boost and was happy with the results and the way she styled my hair.

Booked a last minute lunchtime appointment for a cut and blowdry as the salon was just round the corner from my office. My hairdresser Ashlea was fantastic, she understood my hairtype and offered some great advice and a great cut taking out some of the weight in the ends. I left feeling a lot lighter and a lot happier with my hair!

I had a great experience at Czaro hairdressers. My hairdresser Ciara was brilliant, she listened to what I wanted and also gave her advice on what she thought would be best for my hair type - exactly what a good hairdresser should do.
The salon itself is very nice, the staff are professional and the facilites are modern and clean. I will definatley come back here again.

I don't usually leave reviews unless I'm wowed and have to share my experience with others (as their reviews help me). I see why this is now one of the top rated hairdressers - they really know what they're doing! My hairdresser was the young Greek (or was he Cypriot, sorry!) guy, think his name was Sav. He did EXACTLY what I wanted with my hair, shared some tips for maintaining it at home, shared his knowledge about different hair products etc too, which was really useful. And, it was the first time I actually loved what my hair looked like straight after leaving the salon! Really looked glamorous. So happy with it and so happy I met that hairdresser! He is so talented and I can't imagine wanting to try anyone else now!

I am taking the time to make this review because for the first time in years I have got a great haircut. The hair treatment of the promotion wasn't great. It is just a cream they put on your hair before cutting it. The haircut though was amazing and that is actually what I bought the offer for. I told the guy I wanted to get rid of the bad hair without making it look short, which is usually impossible. I also told him I wanted a haircut that adds volume to my hair. He did exactly what I asked for. He is very knowledgeable. I took his advise and the results were amazing. I am so happy with the haircut that I have appointed this guy my official hair cut stylist!

The stylist Guillaume was excellent, he listened to what I wanted and gave me exactly that. I was very pleased with the overall look and how he styled it. They were exceptionally busy, but I wasn't asked for a drink until halfway through my treatment. They offered me wine and said they were out of wine, then offered me juice, and said they were out of it. Eventually, when I asked for a drink they forgot to bring it to me -- Guillaume realised through my haircut and brought it.
Also, the towel used during my treatment had a lot of cut hair on it! Even though we hadn't started my cut.. that was not great.
Overall, I'd go back - the treatment was good, but the place and service were missing a few touches.

Definitely one of the best haircut experience I've ever had. Great haircut and I had loads of compliment afterwards. Shame that I can't recreate the same style once my hair was washed the next day. For the price that I paid (almost 80% discount) of the normal price, it was a bargain. Probably a little bit on the pricey side if I was paying the full price.

One of the main reasons we do the group buying deals was because we want to attract new customers to the salon that are genuinely interested in finding a quality service and to become their regular hairdresser. What we found was that the vast majority of the voucher buyers would only come one time purely because it was so cheap and then we’d never see them again as they would trawl the web for offers to another salon the next time they wanted another service. The aim of offering deals at up to 80% of the normal price is to attract new customers to give us a try as we are confident they will be so satisfied with the results that they’ll want to visit us again and again and recommend us to their friends. The main objective is to gain repeat business, as when we do clients at the Wahanda prices we actually incur a loss.
Our regular prices are not expensive at all if you compare us with like for like salons in the West End.
With our high rent, Business Rates, and high running costs, offering time consuming services at such ridiculously low prices all the time to all clients would mean we would be permanently operating at a loss and struggle to achieve at least a break-even point let alone a profit. As we want to stay in business and not go under like so many businesses are these days, it is imperative that we charge what we believe is fair and competitive for the amount of time care and attention we give to each client. CZARO is always committed to customer satisfaction and will always endeavour to be proactive in ensuring our guests are happy with their service and that they receive value for money. Lydia was amazing. I booked an appointment with Lydia after i went for color consultant with her. After i spent almost 4hrs there to do hair high-light and color correction, the result was absolutely satisfied she gently did my hair color and made me feel comfortable during all the process. The luxury hair treatment was so nice and it could bring moisture back to my damage hair. I would recommend to my friend to go CZARO Hairsalon. The result was worth more than its proce. ;D im so happy now ;)

My hair stylist (Ciara). She gave really good advice about the cut I should have on my hair (my hair is very fine). Overall very happy with my haircut, she did a really good job. however I do not understand how the value of the hair Ladies cut and blow dry + Luxury Intense Conditioning boost could be £104, seems very unlikely if on the full price the hair cut is £49 and the conditioning treatment is £20

Please note this is not the same as the Deluxe Treatment we offer on the menu priced at £20. Therefore the full price for the services you received; cut & blow dry with Style Director (£49) and Luxury Intense Conditioning Boost (£55) is indeed £104.
