Jo gave me and my partner a lift to and from surgery and to and from all my consultations, which was a big help!
On the day of the surgery I was very nervous, but i was quickly put at ease by Jo and Dr David. The surgery lasted under 2 hours and went perfectly!
I was given painkiller to help ease the pain and I got to look at the results before my headband was placed on!
I was given a mobile phone with Jo's, Helen's and Dr David's numbers on it, so i was able to contact them at any time, any day which helped me feel more relaxed.
Overall, my surgery went perfectly and I am very pleased with my overall results! Thank you!!
