The booking process was simple as it was over the phone and an email was sent confirming the details which was very useful. The only down-side was the clinics are every 2 weeks which was a little frustrating when I had to cancel my first patch test. However, for future sessions it does not matter as much.
Having 2 small facial areas treated so have to return every 4 weeks for the six week course of treatment. Not entirely pain-free but pain only lasts for a second or two. Most people describe it as an elastic band pinging against the skin and that is probably a good description.
