I went to Cool Cuts last month for a cut and highlights. The salon is in a great location and the staff were super friendly and welcoming - which is fairly unusual for this part of town! I had different stylists for my cut and highlights and both were very nice, seemed knowledgeable and did a great job on my hair. The male stylist in particular (I can't remember his name, but he's from Croatia!) was really lovely and chatty. While I was there a lady brought in her 3 young children and the staff were accommodating and dealt with the kids really well, so it could be a good place to bring children too. I was very impressed overall and would definitely go back :)
