This is my second visit here as I had a great zen massage the last time and decided to come back. This time I booked an Ayurvedic massage. The massage and therapist were excellent and although not a traditional Ayurvedic massage with plenty of oil, the masseur kneaded many of my stubborn knots away and I left feeling much lighter.
I will be going back for a second one in the new year........
Easy to find, off the main road with ample parking. The staff were friendly and welcoming and explained about the massage I was going to receive.
The rooms are clinical, which I liked but with touches of warmth and comfort placed around the room. The massage was relaxing and good. The therapist was attentive. Will definitely be making another trip here as the massages are very reasonably priced and the quality good.
