We will NOT be coming back. My therapist was running really quite late and told me that as she needed to catch up she would be cutting short my treatment, I don't think so. I asked to speak to a manager but 'none were available and could I come back later?! Er no.

ok, I may return at some stage to try the food! Then again, seeing as the manager couldn't find 5 minutes to speak with me maybe not?! Thankyou for your feedback on my comment!
We had a lovely day, very relaxing. Day started with greeting and coffee, then off for swim in the pool which was very warm. Treatments were great, called on time, very friendly staff. Lunch was excelllent.
Could do with more clocks around as I felt lost without my watch and had to keep asking staff the time so as not to miss treatments!
I've been to Clarice House numerous times and have always really enjoyed the experience. The location and venue are beautiful, the food is delicious and it has a great pool and gym. The treatments are great and they have always seem well-organised and willing to help in a crisis (I managed to put my back out during one stay!!)
The only reason I gave Clarice House 4 stars is because they sometimes let themselves down with silly things, which is such a shame. Like when my friend and I had room service for dinner, and when we left our room the next morning the dirty plates were still there, and the room with the swimming pool can get uncomfortably warm. These are just niggles though, and overall my experiences at Clarice House have been excellent. I would give them 4.5 if it were an option!
Ive been here Twice now for the Day , as a Present ..I found it all lovely.
The 3/course meal was great .
Treatments were nice , staff that looked after us very curtious..
The Pool /Sauna / Jacuzzi Area lovely , maybe needs a few more Loungers or seating areas , as can get busy at times , and everyone seems to wants to stay around the pool area, we were lucky as it was busy the second time , but this to be expected when Great Offers are on with day visits..

we went yesterday, was a amazing day, and the treatments were lovely, the only complaint i would have is that people left towels on the sunloungers while they went for treatments or lunch, so sometimes we could not relax by the pool, also you could with the some sort of padding on loungers as not very comfortable sat on the bare wood.
Thank you for your enquiry
