I'd gone here with a Groupon deal. I found the customer service & whole experience to be terrible! I had a two hour treatment deal which ended up being used over 2 separate sessions due to a machine not working (no phone call to tell me, only found out when I got there). They then gave me a 30 min massage when it should've been 1 hour. Though thinking it seemed quick I didn't realise until I was on my way home.

When I came in for my next treatment I asked how long that would be, I was suspicious, & I was told it was 30 mins!!! They then did give me the hours treatment but after i'd complained. It would've meant overall a 2 hour treatment reduced to an hour??

It took 5 whole days for the manager to ring me back to discuss it & I reeled off a list of complaints - so many I have. She apologised etc & gave me explanations as to why the 'mistakes' had been made & that "I was misinformed on the second visit, I was always going to receive an hour the second time despite how it appeared in the book. The person who had looked at it did not understand their booking system".

I don't believe them. She did then offer me an extra hours treatment to make up for it but I declined. Both visits were dreadful & the whole experience irritating, why would I go back even for free?

When I first tried to book it, nobody would answer the phone. This was the case each time I rang, hard to get through. On booking they said they only had a couple of available appointments??? Very unhelpful & no way were they fully booked, I bet if I was paying full price there were spaces for me.

I won't go back there again & I won't be buying any futher beauty treatments of any kind from Groupon. You're definitely treated differently to other customers who pay full price.

Oh & one of the complaints I forgot to mention to the manager - the treatment rooms were freezing.
