Arrived at the chelsea spa about 15 mins late for my appointment due to a chelsea game which was on, so the tube line was packed. When I arrived the therapist on the desk told me that me and my partener we could not have our treatment, and that we hadn't tried to contact the spa, even though we had been on the tube and obviously could call they. Then weren't offered use of facilities, even though this came with our voucher. Later I called the spa manager and she very rudely told me to "get over it". I then wrote to the club manager but recieved no reply. All the staff were very rude and unhelpful about the whole thing, would never book with them again!

My husband and I had an absolutely great time at the Escape Spa at Chelsea Club. We went for a spa day, which included the use of the gym club facilities, a massage and a facial. We liked the gym/pool and all of the staff so much, that we now seriously consider joining the club even though its location is not the best for us! The treatments were very nice as well, and the therapists were doing their best to adjust to our needs. Overall a perfect place for a nice workout in the pool and for a rewarding massage afterwards!

Very disappointed. We had booked a spa day for 4 of us at The Chelsea Club in October 2010. I was called with less than 48 hours notice to be told that several of the treatments we had booked for the day could not be honoured. Obviously, given that this meant a couple of us pretty much having no treatments, this made the spa day not worth doing (since a couple of the girls were travelling up from out of London). I understand these things happen but the staff were not very apologetic at all and made little effort to accommodate our group, despite the number of treatments we had booked. Shame as it looks like a good venue but we won't be trying it again.

I bought the 2-4-1 deal for my mum's birthday treat. We arrived late due to traffic so we were only able to get about 40 minutes instead of an hour. The staff were friendly and asked us what we wanted, giving us options. The atmosphere in the treatment rooms was very relaxing and clean. I went to the back massage option (we were supposed to get a facila as well if we had arrived on time). I had never had a massage before so the therapist explained what she was going to do, making me feel relaxed. The massage was firm but gentle. My mum had a mixture of a facial and a back massage. She said it was very relaxing and enjoyable. I would recommend it. I didn't realise I had so many 'knots' in my back but when I left, I felt lighter.

The Club has a very peaceful atmosphere as children aren't allowed in. The pool area was nice with a few loungers by the jacuzzi. Small but adequate sauna and steam rooms. All four treatments I had were very good and my therapist was pleasant. Lunch was included in my package and the food was good. I would recommend it.

The staff and the facility was absolutely fantastic - will defo being going again.
The lunch was great, the gym was great, the pool was quiet, the changing rooms were large and had everything you could need - iron, hairdryer, moisturiser etc etc

When I called the spa to enquire about booking a treatment, it would often go to voice-mail, which I found slightly annoying. But I always got a friendly response to any messages I left which I thought was great and reassuring. When we arrived to have my treatment, we were welcomed by friendly staff and the place was beautiful and clean. The therapist was nice and asked how I was feeling during the treatment. My friend enjoyed her treatments.We both left wanting longer treatments!

This was an excellent day out. My mother and I felt throughly spoilt. We were able to enjoy a relaxing swim and then laze in the jacuzzi. Unfortunately the steam room was not working on our visit, but we spent some time in the sauna, followed by a very pleasant lunch. After lunch we had two delightful therapists who took us off to different rooms for our manicure and pedicure. We left feeling pampered and glamarous.

The treatment rooms are a bit too open to the reception area so you can hear some noise but if you manage to block that out then the therapists are very good at massage and do a really good job - great value via this deal.

The Escape Spa at The Chelsea Club was amazing. We both had 2 treatments a facial and a massage, 30 minutes each. The lotions they were using smelled really fresh and there was a soothing background music playing. It felt like a real oasis. Like your are newborn.
