The CBT Clinics offers the following approaches like Mindfulness based Cognitive Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Imagery, Reprocessing and Re Scripting Therapy (IRRT), Rational Emotive Behaviour Therapy (REBT), Behavioural Activation (BA) and Functional Analytic Psychotherapy (FAP). These are approaches are all within the CBT Tradition.
