I did have trouble booking the voucher, I had to ring a few times and leave an answerphone message before anyone got back to me. However I received a text message a few days before my appointment saying that due to a grievance the therapist would be unable to go ahead with the appointment and to seek a full refund with wahanda. This is what I did and wahanda were happy to refund me.

I would not recommend this salon to anyone no matter how good you think the deal is. Extremely disappointed with my whole ordeal, staff very unhelpful and would never return.

I absolutly 100% agree with 'darrenmed'. This is a sham of a business! Unbelievable that she is still in business or even allowed to advertise over such sites. I had the worst ordeal possible. I had booked a group treatment with 3 of my friends for my 21st birthday, the owner told me she would make it a special day for me with a couple treatments for all of us over an hr and a half. I booked this over the phone, she said she would send me confirmation through an email the next day, i waited two days and nothing came. I had to email her, her responses were somewhat confused and all over the place but I eventually got a confirmation out of her and agreement on price. Upon reaching the place on the day me and my friends walked around in the freezing cold for an hour trying to find the place, she did not answer any of our calls eventhough it was her personal mobile number and the number for the salon did not even seem to connect. We EVENTUALLY found the place only to find everything was locked up and no one was there! Upon leaving her numerous messages and waiting around further to absolutely no answer we called it a day and left. It was obviously particularly upsetting as it was my birthday, as she knew. After she eventually replied to an email from me where I expressed my deep anger and disbelief at how she'd treated us, i.e. not even calling or emailing to cancel or say she wouldn't be there, her only response was incredibly rude and unprofessional, she simply said she had emailed me to confim AGAIN the night before and because I had not replied she decided not to turn up. Ummm what salon requires you to confirm for a THIRD time before a session? And equally she had not stated at any time that she would need me to confirm the night before, I am not a mind reader and she is meant to be the 'professional'. In addition she actually had the nerve to state she had cancelled her own family plans for my appointment and had asked a FRIEND to come down to help her with the treatment. This left me utterly disgusted, no apology, no logical reasoning and actual rudeness in response. This led me to complain to the source I originally found her details from and now I'm equally disgusted that she can contine to advertise over sites like Wahanda when her business is a total sham. My personal experience was absolutely AWFUL from start to finish and on that basis I would never reccomend this place to anyone.

very relaxing, friendly staff and comfortable surroundings. enjoyed the head massage and would defiantely go again, also enoyed the manicure. I would recommend this to all my family and frends and will be giving lts of gifts for 2012.

This was a new experience wich I enjoyed. It was given as a gift which I enjoyed and was well looked after, I have purchased a voucher for my daughter. Thank you.

have been down on two occasions for my appointment, therapist did not turn up on both occasions.
a phonecall or text message would have saved me a waste journey. still waiting for therapist to get back to me to arrange appointment or refund.

I did struggle to get hold of them to make my booking as the number on the voucher didn't seem to work, but I found another number online, and when I left a message, they got back to me. They were very helpful and professional. The treatment itself was my Birthday treat to myself, and was really lovely. Rachel was very friendly, and professional. I'd definitely recommend them!

This place is not even a beauty centre its 1.5merer x 1.5 meter room , very hard to find this place and located in a very dodgy area , there is no land line telephone supply, and rarely answering the mobile to get an appointment, there is no secretary I don’t recommend this place at all
