The salon is very nice with good sized treatment rooms - fully equipped. The staff are friendly and welcoming.
I found the treatments done quickly and efficiently, I would even go as far as to say - pain free (waxing) however I know that depends on the individual and I have been waxing for a long time. My facials are relaxing (and effective) and I'm left very satisfied with the results.
All in all a very nice place to have your treatments done :)
