I had the Serali Mud Treatment
It was a thoroughly relaxing and great treatment to smoothen out the skin. I left feeling like I had the skin of a baby.
The venue is set in beautiful surroundings. The Stafff were extremely friendly.
I would definately recommend this treatment to anybody and the venue too.

We enjoyed our evening at the Spa. The facilities were very new and nicely designed. But although new, there were a few small niggles -
The jacuzzi didn't work when we pushed the button but then came on randomly when we least expected it and went off again randomly.
There weren't enough chairs to sit on around the pool. We never got a chance to sit down as the few chairs were already "reserved" with other people's towels on them. We didn't know where to go when we wanted a simple rest.
Also, the main corridor which separates the dressing rooms / pool area with the other treatment rooms was swilling in water and it was an area people walked through with shoes on.
The serail mud treatment cabin had no music or lights working.
Having said all that, it was still amazing value and a nice venue. I would go back if there were another deal, but not sure would pay full price.

Went with my mum and sister as a birthday treat for my mum. Generally good experience and good value all round, would recommend. We really enjoyed our facials and relaxing in the spa.

On arrival at the spa we were given our gowns and shown around the facilities. We decided to use the pool & jacuzzi before our mud rasul, & had it to ourselves. luckily the jacuzzi worked, & was very powerful, but it did feel a little eerie being so deserted. When it was time for our treatment, a therapist gave us a quick run through & left us to it- it was more fun to cover ourselves rather than if a therapist had done it! So far so good. But the next part was a big let down. When you go into the room, they tell you to press a button to get the steam room going while you cover yourselves with the mud. There was no steam when we went into the steam chamber, & we gave it another 5 mins before calling a member of staff who told us we'd hear it working. Eventually it started, but we were sitting in a cold room waiting too long, then the red warning light came on followed by very hot shower, & it was over in 20 mins not 45 as advertised. We were very surprised as we hadn't been sitting in steam, it'd only just started building at the ceiling before the showers started. We did tell the receptionist that the steam still hadn't worked properly but she didn't
seem concerned. It was a dissapointing treatment, I'm glad we didn't pay full price.

It was a nice venue but the jacussi was not working and the mud treatment was do it yourself, nice staff and facilities overall, I would go back if it was a great deal

Staff were rude, jacuzzi broken and reported but member of staff uninterested. Eventually another member had it repaired within 5 minutes of coming on shift. Treatment 30 minutes late. The location is great, but facilities/staff were lacking on our visit.

Had a lovely time at our day-visit to the spa, which included getting a mud serail treatment.
The spa itself was really nice, and not very busy at all! (We went on a week day.)
Had some food at the bar of the hotel, which was a bit overpriced, but alright (nothing special.)
Overall a very nice day.

Venue only 30 minutes from home, ample parking. High quality hotel. Great location - overlooking the race course. Spa area clean and welcoming. Didn't use the gym; used the relaxation room (was a bit chilly) and could do with more than 3 loungers (would need a bigger room to do this) sauna and steam; pool. Rasul Mud Treatment was lovely, though when I booked I was told that the maximum for this was 2 at one time (there were 3 of us) however on arrival, this information was incorrect and we all went in together. (4 is the maximum)
Lunch was lovely, not too expensive, though again bar area was chilly. Nice to be able to sit there in spa robes and not have to get changed.
Would definately recommend this venue, and will visit again :-)

Fabulous surroundings, greeted warmly at reception and then shown facilities which were stunning. All very clean and welcoming. We chilled out for a bit and then went for our treatment, bit shocked when a male therapist came to take us for our treatment but then he explained that the mud treatment was a d.i.y. one. Very funny smothering each other in the mud, especially when I lent back and accidently pushed the alarm!! Entered the chamber and sat and enjoyed the perfumed steam very relaxing until the red light came on and we were drenched by the shower, again very funny. Spent the rest of the day chilling in the pool, sauna and steam room. Only criticism was that the relaxation room was quite small so we couldn't get in as busy but then it was a saturday. Overall a fab day for two very tired Mum's we left feeling revitalised and ready to return to our toddlers.

Staff very unhelpful, didn't explain process left us on own to turn on mud shower, so stood around for ages in cold mud!!! Skin felt lovely after and very clear :) Nice spa and sauna etc. Would go again, but would maybe have different treatment, or if mud treatment again, be better if member of staff applied it. Good changing rooms and showers.
