part of Bootcamp Pilates
Class was nice, but I was expecting to feel more, at least the next day (and I used the "advanced" settings every time, even though I'm not advanced!). Have been to better reformer classes. The dressing room is also very small, and whenever someone opens the door - it feels like everyone outside can see you. Had tried it for free, so there was no question of value for me...

I went along for a fere session of this Bootcamp Pilates having done some mat pilates before. This was so much more demanding and rewarding too! I have been back week after week since and can really feel the effects now - I am much stronger than when I started. Instructers are good too and they have free towels (though only one shower). Would definitely recommend as a more dynamic alternative to mat pilates or yoga.

Really great value to try a reformer class for free at this central location in W2. Instructor was very good and gave me personal attention as I hadn't been before. Highly reccomended.

Great offer to try a reformer pilates session for free at Bootcamp pilates. These machine based classes are great but very expensive so this was a chance to try a new studio for free. Sunday afternoon class, not too busy, instructor gave me individual attention, intense class but well structured and fun! If they offered a cheaper dealI would definitely return.

This was my first pliates session. I was bit nervous about the bootcamp aspect of it. The studio is easy to find and about 10 minutes walk from bayswater tube station. Studio is small, well decorated and nice relaxing music during the work out. You really get the attention of the instructor. All the staff is very welcoming and smiling. I worked out muscules that I did not know I had until the next morning. You really feel it!!I t s great . After the class , I felt rejuvenated and more aware of my posture.

I had a bootkcamp pilates class in Notting Hill.
The teacher was really good but the room a little bid dark and old fashioned.
Then it would be more motivating and inspiring.
I won't go back.
Best regards Eva

Absolutely love it! After one session can see the result and the coach was really good. Although I cannot attend again due to the inconvenient location for me, but would definetely reccomend it to anyone who likes pilates

Bootcamp Pilates Notting Hill seems to be based in an office building, with the windows blacked out with a reflective coating - and this is the mirror ! It's pretty rubbish, really, compared with "proper" pilates studios. It has horrid office carpet, no real change area, no signs to the loos, and just feels unloved. I went as a first timer, and wasn't welcomed or spoken to by anyone before, during or after the class. I could have really hurt myself on the Reformer machine ! Luckily, I knew what I was doing, but someone should have checked first. The exercises are the same as other dynamic pilates classes, the instructor was fine, it was just the facilities I thought were very poor. Of course, Bootcamp is cheaper than comparable exercise classes in this area, ie. Ten Pilates, Heartcore. But I would definitely rather pay more for a superior overall experience. Sorry Bootcamp !
