I never leave negative reviews, but this was overall an uncomfortable experience. wasn’t made to feel welcome or cared for in what can be quite a vulnerable situation for many. Was also given no advice on aftercare. Very expensive, unnecessarily painful (I have tears my skin from the application of the sugar which was more painful than the hair removal itself) and upon further inspection found that most of the hairs were just broken above the root instead of actually being pulled out.

I had a wax and a pedicure. For some reason the treatwell booking of the pedicure stayed on the wrong day despite re-arranging it. Claudia fit my pedicure in anyway. That was much appreciated.

I had a consultation about having my brows done. I was impressed with the environment and the professional and knowledgeable consultant who was answer all my questions. I have yet to book my treatment, as I would like to have some days off work before returning with my new face. Would recommend anyone thinking of semi permanent makeup to book a consultation.
