I always have a first rate visit to bodylines, and if loyalty was anything to go by, i think that staying with the salon for 9 years should go along way to show my satisfaction. I have had many problems with my nails over the years and have always found that the best solution, and proficient care has always been taken. All of the girls care that you`re experience at bodylines, is the best it can be, by taking a moment of thier time to make sure that you are being take care for. I look forward to my trips to the salon, not only because i enjoy my treatments, i.e. Nail enhancments pedicure, waxing, and tinting, as i feel that i am amongst friends. There are always times where a particluar member of staff is busier than they thought they would be and delays are possible, is anywhere absoloutly perfect?

I have been going to Bodylines for over a year now for acrylic nail enhancement appointments every two weeks. My therapist is Lisa Smith a partner at Bodylines and internationally recognised nail technician. I had not worn acrylic nail enhancements before and so took my time and researched top nail technicians/salons in my area and it was not long before Lisa's name kept turning up as a nail technician to many celbrities and industry accredited trainer. I have never been disappointed in any aspect of my treatments, clear aftercare advice to help me look after my nails and my overall experience and the service provided. The salon is of a high standard and professional but a very friendly and relaxing atmosphere, not at all intimidating. To my suprise a year later I am still wearing my enhancements, keeping up my regular appointments with pleasure, and over the moon with my nails. I definately would recommend this salon and I do to my friends. I have had other technicians at the salon for Minx Toe nails and maintainence appointments when Lisa has been away and have been very happy with the service provided. A**

I've been going to Bodylines for the last four years to have my nails done and I have been more than happy. Having tried other salons on the high street, I can say that Bodylines' nails are by far the best in Sittingbourne.
Staff have been friendly and always professional.
I've sometimes had to wait a bit beyond the appointment time but I realise that it's sometimes unavoidable.
Have and would recommend to friends.

Inexperienced nail therapist took almost 4 HOURS to do my overlays, after 2 hours I had to put a new car park ticket on my car, should have followed my instinct and driven home!! In the end nails are so-so, far from a professional finish though. Not the therapists fault, poor training, the management need to put more time into their staff and business. the manager knew there was a problem but couldn't even be bother to check my nails before I left, thats just lazy! I couldn't wait to get out of there!!
