I am a fully trained, qualified and insured therapist offering massage and holistic therapies within the Chichester and Bognor Regis areas. I am a mobile therapist offering treatments within the comfort and privacy of your own home, or from a professional treatment room if preferred.
After qualifying as a massage therapist, I was eager to progress and widen my range of skills, enabling me to offer a comprehensive range of treatments. I continued my training to include Swedish massage, Indian head massage, Hot stone massage and Natural Lift facial massage (facial rejuvenation). I then progressed to study Reflexology and Myofascial release techniques.
It is believed that massage helps restore the balance of energy (chi), allowing the body to ‘heal’ itself if a problem occurs. For this reason, massage on a regular basis can be used to help prevent problems rather than just heal, by maintaining balance and harmony within the body.
