I attended my last appointment in February (for a voucher I bought last year) when I spoke with the receptionist about the three appointments I want to fix for May/June. Furthermore I emailed Mariya Dimitrova (the owner of the business) who confirmed these appointments for me, only to discover upon my arrival at the premises they do not longer exist. And this message on the door was left by another business in order not to be disturbed!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I cannot belived these people can do such things and disappear during the Easter Bank Holiday (apparently) without an email/note/phone call and assuming they can disappear with our money! Nevermind my wasted time and money to travel to their premises from the other side of London.

Hello,is this place really gone out of business as I am due to go there for a massage in the next 2 weeks. If you don't mind will you email me at mweldon1@live.ie.Dont forget to look for a refund for your voucher. Thanks,
I was very happy with the ambience and the massage. Felt very relaxed and toned afterwards. I will definitely treat myself to another massage here especially I think as it is good value for money.

I was looking forward to trying this place because I live very near to this place. However, the booking process was very difficult- phoned- no answer, texted- no text, and email them- finally got a message a few days later saying it is fully booked up til May. I asked if my voucher can be extended, no answer... automated emails. In the end, I had to cancel my voucher. It is very disappointing. Hope they can improve the management. Probably they get so many clients and did not have enough staff to deal with. Maybe in future if I can try again, I will try...
I wanted to book the massage on 13th March. No answer over the phone, and I got an email saying, 'sorry we are fully booked up til May', with the link of their website where you can book the date in May. But I found that my voucher will expire the end of April. I emailed them again, but of course, no answer. I had to call Wahanda regarding this problem and had to get refunded. This shows no efficient customer service and management skills- get so many customers but no way to handle them. The area in Chiswick has so many massage/spa services now. They will not survive for long time if they continue such a manner to customers. I am very happy to go to other places!!

I had booked online (as requested by the merchant) and turned up for my appointment having paid £5 for parking. When I got there, the receptionist informed me that their online booking system is not reliable and that there was no record of my appointment. She offered me an appointment almost 2 months later in April or said get a refund from Wahanda.
Why offer an online booking system that is unreliable?

I cannot fault the ambience and serentiy of the place. very relaxing. However I dont expect to pay to have a facial that consists of cleaning, and a scrub, which i could do very easily at home, then just left with two mask applied one and the other. I could do that at home. Then the hot stone massage, meant to be a 45mins treatment which involved a 10 or 15min back massage, then stones left on my back, and my lower wasnt massage at all. just the back. The stones left for 15mins, then removed and that was it. wasnt even 45mins, and honestly I could easily have put a hot water bottle on my back and got the same sensation. I thought it would involve lots of massage, and the whole body.
Its a shame, as they have got it so right, with the ambience, and the heated couch..mmm, but the quality of the service leaves a lot to be desired.

What a great way to start a new week! A February Monday afternoon appointment found me travelling all the way to Chiswick to Blondes'n'Bronze, due to their massage therapists and value for money. Diego was my therapist on this occassion and he remembered how annoyed I was last time when we were in a bigger room which, although separated by a screen we could hear people passing to the little room contained within this bigger room!!!!!!!! The arrangement is funny to say the least, so if you want to have a grea experience, just like me, ask for the quiet small room.
Diego did an excellent job, just like in the past, that is why I call him Mr Magic Hands and probably not having an excellent command of English helps as other therapists tried to sell me all kind of stuff during the massage, which I found very annoying. But not Diego, he is simply great, I already booked my May-June appointments.

My First visit to the salon I left waiting for 45 mins in a cold reception. No greeting from the receptionist. No apology.
My treatment of a facial was rushed and unprofessional. Did not ask me my skin type or if I had any allergies.
My Indian Head Massage was the worst. The therapist did not use any oil. She pulled and tugged at my scalp for over 20 minutes. It was painful and uncomfortable. My scalp was throbing for hours afterwards.
Whe I got home I had to put oil on my scalp to sooth it and had to take a paracetamol for my headache.
Very poor service in fact one of the worst I have experienced and I have been having facials for 30 years.

Excellent therapist and treatment, couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was however hard to get an appointment and the reception doesn't seem to answer phone calls, had to try over and over again- this is an area where there is definitely plenty of space for improvement!
