A great yoga studio, with a great introductory rate (£30 for irst 30 days).After that it gets a bit pricer(£11-14 a session).
The instructors are demanding, yet accomodating to new users.They make sure if your new to bikram that you don't stretch yourself, or become overwhelmed with the heat.
The room is usually packed with people so get there early to nab a place.The studio and changing facilities could both do with being bigger.However this does not detract from how effective the class is!
I noticed results within a month.
Bring water and a towel, you will need one and otehrwise they charge.
