Visit Speke Retail Park for an afternoon shopping and went into Boots to browse and have a good look around when i noticed the BEnefit counter with its Brow BAr. Did'nt go to have anything done but when I saw people having brows "tidied" up I decided to have mine done. The counter was busy but the "Brow "technician {!} Julie was chirpy and helpful without being overbearing. Although busy she made every effort to fit me in and I was aware of how professional she came across and knew her stuff advisng me on what she felt I would "Benefit" from having done..wax, eyebrows dyed and also to have my brows shaped..she even drew a picture to show me what she felt would best suit me. She was very chatty and put me at ease and all I can say is that i was so pleased with her treatment and her advice and my whole face looked completely different shape..for the better.. after she had finished. She was very professional and her colleague Ashley then advised me on what make up would work best for my skin tone...and showed me some interesting products such as porefect which I bought and swear by now. I would say go to the store and speak to these two girls who know their job and actaully gave a five star service. I am off on holiday in three weeks and a visit back to them is already booked. Nice easy calm atmosphere with two young confident girls who had bags of personality and were knowledgable of their products and made you feel very welcome. .Will be back to see them both very soon..excellent service..Thank you girls ...you are a credit to your company
