This is the worse cut I have had in a long time! There is a photo outside the shop showing a short cut which is what I requested. Whilst accepting it couldn't look exactly as the photo the girl seemed to have no idea how to cut it. She blow dried my hair before cutting around my ears (for the side pieces). This is a first! I am sure I got the junior rather than the senior stylist (which is what I was supposed to get). Whilst the girl was very nice and I feel really bad about writing this review I just couldn't let it go as I wouldn't like anyone else to come out looking like this. I can't wait for it to grow so I can go and have it cut by a professional!

Totally unprofessional staff with no customer care and very poor service.

The deep conditioning treatment was a farce. I leave normal conditioner on longer than their treatment and the stylist was rude and ignorant. She didn't listen to me and BUTCHERED my hair.

I had to go to another salon and pay a fortune to have my hair corrected. The receptionist was very rude when I complained. I would NEVER GO BACK!!!!

I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants fantastic service, excellent advice and a fabulous new look. From consultation to after care advice the whole experience was first class. The staff really go the extra mile and take the time to discuss every detail with you. Thanks to Lenka for my wonderful new cut & highlights I will definitely be a regular visitor now.

Really impressed with my eyelashes. Will defo be going back! They have lasted at least three weeks and were really good value. I dont know if I would pay full price for them but they were 100% worth the £18 I paid for the voucher!

I had a fantastic experience here. The cost of IPL in some places is ridiculous and very often I'e found the service to be nothing more than okay!

I purchased a voucher recently for Bellisimo for IPL treatment. It was reassuring to find that such a prestigious salon has such friendly, welcoming and professional staff. My treatment has worked like a treat and I look forward to having the other parts of my treatment.

I really enjoyed my experience at bellisimo I loved my haircut! its the best cut i've had for a while now and I was really happy with my stylist, she was very helpful and made me feel very relaxed, the end result was fantastic and im very pleased.

I recently visited bellisimo salon recommended by my friend. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit here the staff were very friendly and chatty and the salon had a relaxing environment. Im usually very picky about my hair and I find it hard to trust a stylist with my hair. My stylist Nina was very friendly and I would recommend this salon to anyone who wants to find a new salon. I will definitely be returning.

I recently went to bellisimo from a recommendation from my friend and her daughter, who both I noticed had really good cuts and styles. The lady who cut my hair was lovely she did a perfect job and I wasn't let down I've had a real transformation, I will be returning again with my daughter and would recommend this salon to anyone. I'm glad to have found this hidden gem! thank you to Nina and her team !

I did see some of the bad reviews on here before I went down but I just assumed that people where perhaps being fussy and that he wouldn't happen to me.
I would like to say I had a good experience here after buying a groupon voucher but my hair has been absolutely butchered, I'm devastated. I had long dark hair, with long layers and a sweeping fringe. The hairdresser despite being fairly nice, didn't listen to what I wanted and began randomly cutting chunks to make short layers, which now stick outwards at the back, nothing was done about the ends which are still long and now looks like rats tails in comparison to the hacked layers. He wrecked my fringe and there is long strands hanging out everywhere. When he said he had finished I could see that my hair was drastically uneven at the front and asked him to level it out, which he randomly started chopping into again with no regard to see if it matched the other side. of course it's completely uneven. I have since called them and have been told that the manager will call me back but from other reviews on here doubt the will be able to fix my problem and I'm really sad to say that the damage has been done and won't be fixed until it grows back

Naomi is great - makes you feel really at home, really comfortable and friendly place to go.

Really pleased with cut, good advice on colour, and reasonable costs particularly for central Manchester.

Only had hair cut with Naomi, so can't vouch for the other stylists.
