This was our first visit to Redworth Hall, and the first time we were away without the kids in 3 years. This was the most welcome relaxing break ever! We arrived at the hotel mid morning and although we couldn't check in to our room, the hotel welcomed us and allowed us full use of the facilities. The rooms were very cosy and the champagne was well chilled! A fantastic weekend and I would certainly recommend the hotel to anyone. Thank you.

Me and my mam throughly enjoyed our first spa experience at Redworth Hall Hotel. We both had the priviledge of a full body massage and a mini facial, all I can say is I give the beauticians a 10 out of 10 very professional and through in what they do. I can't wait to go again.

Well worth the money. Would have been nice to have some outdoor facilities like a hot tub, and would have been nice to be able to have alcohol in the spa. I have been to other spas where the waitress comes round to serve you drinks. Also sauna was far too hot, nobody was staying in it. Other than this, we had a lovely relaxing day.

A lovely spa in a beautiful setting. My friend and I spend a fabulous day at Redworth Hall. The facilities are very good - a good size pool and jacuzzi. The back massage was excellent. All the staff were extremely helpful and friendly.

the pool area is lovely and clean and had plenty of chairs.my only concern was that it was very hot around the pool area.hot tub wasnt very warm which was disappointing. The pedicure was good. Food at the hotel was very expensive but we had taken our own nibbles

The hotel was in beautiful grounds, and this was the perfect getaway for my sister and I. When we first arrived, the entrance was a little hard to see, and we had to ask a guest at the hotel to show us where it was. When we arrvied, the staff were friendly. Our beautician welcomed us, took some health details, showed us where the changing facilties were, and advised we had 10 mins to kill. We had a coffee while we waited (£3 each was a bit steep I thought!) We were due to get pedicures done, but as my sister had shellac polish on, and they weren't permitted to take it off for her, she switched to a fcial without any quibbles - they were kind enough to let me do the same, even though I could have stuck to plan A. The pool area was lovely, very relaxing. My only criticism is that the pool wasn't clean - there were little black bits (mildew?) floating in the water, so after a few laps, we decided to get out and read our books. There was free water available, and it was lovely and quiet in the saunas and steam room. Overall a lovely day, just what we needed.

We've stayed at Redworth Hall in the past so when this offer came up I was more than happy to go back for the day. The only down side was that the hotel has been taken over by a different group and I have to say the food (not included in the spa day, but available to purchase) was well below the standard that we'd expected from our previous experiences. The leisure club, spa and staff were, however, still lovely.
