A great experience, very relaxing!
The salon was a little small but cosy! Everything was clean, organised and in its place which is what I like! The therapists were very knowledgeable, professional & made me feel very relaxed. I would definitely go again as such a great deal!

A great facial and a great massage.. perfect location for me as I work in Soho. The drawback is that the treatment rooms are in the basement, and the noise echoes down from upstairs. So throughout my massage I could hear people talking literally outside the room, about deliveries, and the entire time I could hear people talking, which was a huge distraction. Good products, facialist was great at determining my skin type. Just not the place to be for relaxing, but good staff!

I discovered Beaty Essence through Wahanda. It's located in the heart of Soho and the online booking facility is very convenient. I bought two for one Guinot Hydradermie deal for me and a friend which is a permanent deal on Wahanda and definitely worth taking advantage of if you work in Soho. I had a Guinot Hydradermie facial which was very thorough and relaxing. The atmosphere in the salon is very calm and quiet - a rare find in the busy heart of London. My skin looked refreshed immediately and was positively glowing the following days. The therapist was very skillful and knowledgeable and gave me few Guinot products for my skin type to take home. I've been to Beauty Essence since for a Microdermabrasion which I can also wholeheartedly recommend. I'm actually going back to have another one of those facials soon so couldn't recommend it more.

I thought that the therapist was excellent. I actually went as I had an injury to my glutes and she was very careful to avoid the area and focus more on my lower back, which caused the injury lower down. Definately felt like a proper deep massage, and I'm not one for the fluffy stuff. However, what was distracting was that another person was getting their nails done outside the door and their conversation was driving me batty! Not sure if you can sound proof the treatment rooms, but I wouldn't book a relaxing treatment here. Having said that, I would go back as both my treatments were excellent.

The facial I had was very good and the therapist very knowledgable about the products and gave me a fantastic face and shoulder massage. The salon had a lovely ambience and I felt very relaxed there.

I have been to the salon many times for the Environ Ionzyme treatment with the lovely Vimbayi. As an ongoing sufferer of skin problems such as acne/scarring/pigmentation, I am forever trying to find the right product and programme to suit my skin. Vimbayi is incredibly knowlegeable of the Environ product and uses her knowledge to tailor the facial to aid these concerns. As a salon, I am always warmly greeted like an old friend, and offered genuine advice from Yvette and Yumi. The treatment itself is intensive and the results are definitely noticeable, not only directly after the treatment but still 2 weeks down the track my skin is still plump and hydrated. Using the Environ product ongoing with these treatments is something I recommend to anyone. It is affordable, it works and the results are quite remarkable.

I have had two Guinot hydradermie facial treatments at the Beauty essence Spa in Soho. I did quite a fair research before I went there as I wanted to save some money before my wedding but at the same time have something exquisite and definitely have over an hour facial but at a really good price. Beauty Essence offers treatments a t a very good price, and with special offers all the time it’s the perfect place to extra treatments such as eye brow shaping.
The treatment itself was very good, my skin felt so new and rejuvenated. Both my therapist have been very friendly and professional. They have offered great advice for my skin and are always very keen to help.
The new online booking system is also wonderful and really easy to use, perfect if you are on the go!
I am about to do my 3rd facial and I really can’t wait – I totally recommend this particular Spa, great location, great staff and amazing treatments

My visit to the Beauty Essence in Soho was quite pleasurable, the staff were very helpful and the therapist excellent. She seemed to know a lot about the treatments and was able to make recommendations about what would be best for my skin. The treatments are not very expensive so they're quite good value.

I've been to Beauty Essence in Soho for a CRYSTAL CLEAR Micro-dermabrasion and GUINOT Hydradermie facial combined. It was a lovely experience and my face felt incredibly clean and nourished after.
The Therapist was lovely and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. I'm definitely coming back to Beauty Essence especially since they started a convenient on-line booking system. Many thanks!

She immediatly switched to tweezers.
you may be thinking, how awful! however soon after leaving i got a call asking me to come back (if i wanted) cause they had some cream which would help. I have to say, they had no obligation to do so. Very happy!
