Amazing!!! The salon is downstairs of a hairdresser, and it is true that the first impressions of the waiting room are not great. They could do with a simple wall paper to bring some colour to the room and some incense. Once you get into the main room, it is amazing, all of it. Decoration, temperature, music, lightning, towels... and of course dermalogica products!!! All very clean and tidy.
The therapists were amazing, very welcoming and make us feel very comfortable at all times. The treatment was a 5 star, just the right preassure on the right spots. Once we had the facial, they would give lots of good advice that will help my skin condition. I will definitely go back again!!!
I read other reviews, and I have to say I had no problems to book my treatments at all. I called once, I booked and i got confirmation via email. I also got a call the day before to confirm the appointment again.

Had the fantastic back scrub, massage and facial treatment. All treatments were incredibly professional and relaxing but the top of the tree was the back massage. I came out feeling so relaxed all I wanted to do was sleep..

I bought the Beauty Package Incl.Scrub, Massage and Facial from Beauty Direct for my wife's birthday. To my dismay she was unable to contact them after repeated phone calls and emails. She tried from the 26 April (to 13 May) to contact them and only received one response via email asking when to have the treatment. She immediately emailed back and they disappeared again with no sign of life. I even tried calling up to no avail. Called Wahanda explaining the situation and they gave Beauty Direct another 48 hours to respond, with them calling and email but with no luck. Wahanda were great as they then agreed on a full refund.

No idea what happened to them but their professionalism is atrocious to say the least!

The treatment was nice and the salon conveniently located for anyone using Victoria station but it is so difficult to get in touch with the salon. Everytime I called it went to voicemail, sometimes there were so many messages on the system that it would not let me leave a message and then when I did manage to I didn't always get a call back. That really put me off and for that reason I am unlikely to return, it's a shame really to fall down on something so basic.

I brought a Beauty Package which included Scrub, Massage and Facial. The therapist/owner Naomi was amazing. She made me feel very welcome and was very attentive. The facial was great, she explained all the products used and how to improve my skin. Best bit was the scrub and massage – Naomi has a great touch. Very relaxing and felt nicely pampered.

And the great discount on Wahanda made it an extra special birthday treat.

Great salon which should get better with an up-to-date web site, and more prominent signage outside salon.

I am leaving a second review because just went back for a second time - three weeks after the first and it was amazing. Went with my boyfriend this time and we think we might have to make this a more regular thing. Yes, the waiting room isn't very plush or glitzy but the service is fantastic and the massages are heavenly.

We went on a 2 for 1 deal and both had a swedish massage which was fantastic. The staff were really friendly and professional and we both came away saying we will 100% go back - I am booking again tomorrow in fact. The only negative is that the place is a bit hard to find but once you get there it is well worth it (for info - it is opposite Sainsburys!).

Lovely treatments! I had a wonderful time with my mum. Sadly when we arrived we had not been booked in. I had received all the confirmations and appointment reminders from Wahanda. But we managed to get our treatments in the end and had a lovely time :)

Location is great, would be great if they were upstairs or had more advertising outside.
I had a Deep Tissue massage with a friend and both Beauty Direction girls were just great! They were friendly and their skills were amazing!! They made us feel extremely comfortable and ensured we were happy with the massage/pressure throughout.
Would definitely recommend this salon to friends and we both would come back as the service was lovely! Thanks girls

I have had this package before at this salon so I knew what to expect. Is an absolute bargain for a facial, back scrub and massage and the therapists are very professional and give you a full hour and a half treatment which was very relaxing. The only aspect they could improve on at this salon is the communication. My appointment got cancelled two times in a row due to sickness but it was very frustrating as you when you try and ring the salon to rearrange nobody ever answers (I am assuming because they are doing treatments). Other than that it was great and I would definitely return!
