Be extra vigilant when getting gift card for someone as might not be easy to use it. Booked an appointment to redeem my gift card. Only to be sent message few hours bebeforehand that card is expired which wasnt a case. Was told the card was checked last minute because of being busy. Card had nearly one month validity and was sold with one year expiry date. I was given poor explanation in the end that they changed their website and customers with a year valid cards was emailed to used it earlier.
