There was some confusion as to what the voucher entitled me to. It was referred to as a Guinot express facial which I understood to be a choice of Guinot. I had had a Guino express elsewhere and this is a lifting and toning facial with the use of a machine. The actual facial given was not very good and hardly worth the bother because I could have done it at home. There was a cleansing and simply the application of creams. Afterwards, my skin felt taught and looked older.

I think it needs to be set out clearly what the voucher entitlement is. It was also stated on the voucher that I could have a further treatment at a 50% discount but this was declined. I was encouraged by the therapist, who had set up a room of her own in an established beauty salon, to book for an actual anti-ageing facial and I agreed to this. I am afraid that when I considered the matter, I cancelled it because I did not possess the confidence that it would live up to its description.

How good is a facial depends on you skin (clearly), the product and the therapist.Great value for money!!! I might possibly go back if received another good voucher otherwise found the original prices a little out of my pocket. Would def. recommended though

I was really upset with this treatment. After looking forward to treating myself, I left the venue disappointed and with irritated eyes from the tinting and a spotty face which I was reassured would be fine in a couple of hours. It has now been three days and my skin is awful - my skin was broken so i have about 10 scabs on my face. The light didn't even work so i don't know how the therapist could have even seen my skin to give it a thorough facial. during the treatment something burst and all the power went off - in my case just the stereo (not the therapists fault) but for about ten minutes people were coming in and out of the room. After all that i was charged an extra 20 pounds for my eyelashes to be tinted. They weren't rinsed properly and I had to do it. I don't normally review, but i feel if anyone went here they would leave feeling really disappointed and ripped off like I did.

The therapist was very professional and friendly. Good range of creams, masks for different type of skin. Excellent service. The place is located conveniently and centrally. Good value for money. I would recommend this place.

Irina was lovely and did a great job of my brazilian. I have been back since and the experience was consistent with my first visit. A good find in Covent Garden.

My therapist was a really lovely person, with great knowledge about all the facial products. the salon is at the back of a hairdressers, but the room itself was out of the way and nice and quiet.

Bit pricey but very good, friendly service, friendly therapist. The Venue is nice, easy to find. The only thing was that there is no cashpoint near by which doesn't charge and there is only cash paying available in the salon.

I have experimented several salons in various locations and I must admit this one is one of the top 5 for me. Good therapist and good facilites, talks you trough everything, what wax is used etc. I would recommend.

The therapist was really good, she put me at ease and was so skilled that it was apart from a few seconds painless! and there was no pain after, awesome! Also a really good result. I can highly recommend The Beautiful & Smart!
