I booked a hen do for ten people here hoping for a relaxing day, and high hopes having read the website review. Unfortunately I've been in a dispute with them since as we didn't get the luxury we were promised on the website. There was no welcome, no tea or coffee lounge, the jacuzzi was out of action and the pool was small and a flight of stairs away from the changing rooms. If you want to go to a gym and perhaps use the treatment rooms for a facial, then this is for you. If you are expecting the luxurious and relaxing spa day that the website promises, that wasn't what we experienced. Very disappointed as we spend a lot of money. It's not a spa, it's a gym, and I wasn't happy to spend any more than an hour there.
