Me and my husband went there on 4 February 2012, the venue was easy to find, very close to our home. The staff there was friendly but professional. The place is clean and welcoming. we had a lovely time there and we will certainly visit there again.

Stayed here with an overnight stay which is definitely worth it if you're looking for a relaxing weekend get away. There isn't a lot in the area but the hotel is nice and clean and the restaurant is good value for money. Staff were friendly, the gym facilities were good with a range of equipment and we also joined in an exercise class as part of the deal. The treatment area is small but the ambience is great and the quality of the massage was excellent.

Fantastic experience - stayed for two nights, all staff at Hotel and Spa very helpful and welcoming. Pool, indoor and outdoor Jacuzzi's and changing facilities all clean and bright. Special thanks to the wonderful Therapists who make you feel special, I had the lava shells abdominal massage which I was apprehensive about but thoroughly enjoyed more than the back, shoulder and neck lava shell massage. Would recommend to anyone looking for some me time.

we were really looking forward to being "spoilt" for a few hours but it wasn't to be. We were asked to download a form before our visit and to fill it in,which we did. We were not asked for the form before any of our treatments. As it covered any allergies and medication that we might have ,or be taking,we both thought this very bad pratice. When we went through to the pool area it was not as clean as it we would have liked it to be.The temperature of the pool was too cold for me to use and my daughter could only use it for a short time as she also found it uncomfortable to swim in. We then moved to the jacuzzi,we had just started to think that we had found something that was lovely, when we were told we had to get out as the assistant needed to add some chemicals to the water. We then gave up and left,it was not a very nice experience at all and one that we will not be in a hurry to repeat.

I have only ever had a manicure as a one-off treatment here but it was a lovely experience. My therapist Naomi-Jo was talented and lovely, she was recommended by a family member who comes here all the time. Whilst my nails dried I was invited to lie in a relaxation room which was really enjoyable.

The haircutting was done professionally. However, the facilities which was part of the package i.e. the swimming pool and jacuzzi - I had to ask at the frontdesk for a towel and robe and slippers. They refused to let me have it as they said my voucher does not entitle me to this.
The Sensory Spa receptionist had to step in to help and she provided a towel and an old robe but no slippers. The whole experience was great until I had trouble with knowing what to do and where to go for the swimming pool & jacuzzi plus the towel and robe. Without slippers, I had to walk around the pool with bare feet and it was wet and slimy. I think if the package doesn't include the swimming pool and jacuzzi facilites with towel and robe and slippers, the voucher should state that so that I could bring my own. If it was meant as a luxury package, I didn't get the full luxury treatment - in fact, by the end of it, I felt that I had overpaid and I only got a towel and robe because I made a fuss and the staff gave it as a "favour".It's not a good first impression.
