Emma is amazing, kind and very carrying. She has an attention to detail from the way the bed is set with loads of padding for maximum comfort to the massage and calming voice. I am very grateful and appreciative for her.

This is not the first time I've been to Balm for a treatment, it's luxurious and at a great price. Charlotte was very welcoming, having a great balance between conversation and quietness to relax. The whole hour was incredibly relaxing, the pressure was perfect for me and I left feeling light and relaxed. I would recommend it to anyone! I can't wait for the next one.
