Fantastic! Plucked up the courage to try another colour tech- and was definately worth the risk - Adam - brilliant, superb job ! My cut was by Aid - always delivers and ensures he follows your cut desire!

Definately both know their trades and would most highly recommend!

I bought this hair colour and finish with a Wahanda voucher, so the price was good. The colourist Michelle did a good job on my greying hair and she was very pleasant.No complaints there.The blow dry finish was also good.

I was offered lots of complimentary drinks.

Didn't like the salon much,as it was too crowded.Load's on staff and customers all on top of one another.Very claustrophobic,no privacy for conversation.Shuffled around from place to place.

Not sure if I would book at full price,although there was some really good hair cuts etc going on around me.I felt really stressed and that's not what I want from a hairdresser's.Sorry.

I currently live in London but whenever I head back home to Birmingham I book in for a cut at Bad Apple. Although there are plenty of good hair salons here in East London I find them all to be ether trendy, quirky local salons that seem unorganised, with hit and miss customer service or huge Toni and Guy type salons, slick and well oiled machines but lacking in the personal touch. I think Bad apple strikes the middle ground. A cool well thought out salon, friendly reception staff, lovely stylists who don't make you feel that you have to have the latest IT cut. And most importantly, I walk out feeling pampered with a great cut. Thanks guys!

My first impression was...nice, clean and busy salon.... i liked the look of the salon!! I was sat down and offered a drink I said yes, then the hairstylist came and was polite and asked me what I wanted, I was very open to suggestions but said I wanted to keep my length. He asked girl/women to wash my hair; she did not look happy and didn’t want to do it! she was I felt 'rude' Anyway the hairstylist was a nice guy made conversations but I kept thinking that’s a lot of hair on the floor??? Anyway when I left i still didn’t feel confident with my hair. The result was...I didn’t like my cut, he took too much of my length and I feel like I have lost 3/4 of my hair!

My daughter had her hair done here today. Have to say its absolutely fantastic and she is a very very happy young woman coming out of your shop today !! Definitely be returning here, staff made her feel very welcome and her hair is amazing thanks to Michelle. Top Salon, Top Stylists and Awesome experience for her.

I love Bad Apple, definitely one of the best places I've ever been too and if I wasn't living in London and I'd still be going there. So open a salon in London please!

I purchased a Wahanda deal for Cut and highlights at Bad Apple and was really pleased with the whole experience. The salon is really nicely appointed, the staff were really friendly and knowledgeable and I was impressed with the cut and highlights. I would return again for sure.

If you want first class experience with your hair visit Bad Apple! I had my hair done there and I was thrilled with the consultation and cut I had! I had been recommended to go by a friend and I was delighed with it all!! The staff were amazing and the atsmophere and vibe of the salon is really cool! My stylist treated me like a friend rather than a client and I felt really relaxed and happy. My hair cut is the best I have ever had and I am so chuffed with the level of service I receieved throughout. I also had some really good advise about after care too and bought some wonderful products.

Went in after being referred by a friend. I was really looking forward to getting my below shoulder length hair cut into a nice posh spice inspired angled bob. Was really disappointed and absolutely loathe the style. The guy that did my hair (senior stylist) was a really nice guy, couldn't fault him personally, but the cut has made me looked ridiculous. Instead of being a nice angled bob ala posh, i have what can only be described as a mullet-look. Long at the front and angled like i would want, but then the layers around my face and head are mismatched in length and don't sit properly, and worse, before i could even stop him, he razored so much into my hair that my already fine hair is even thinner and sits awkwardly on my head :( I'm gutted. I didn't complain because I a) didn't want to make a fuss infront of all the other customers and stylists- i'm not one for confrontation, and b) because i thought i'd give it the benefit of the doubt, go home shower and see if i could make the style work. I can't and am thoroughly disappointed and worse, stuck with a crap head of hair ready for my birthday celebrations next weekend :( i just need a good wig shop now :( nothing worse than having bad hair, knocks the confidence. On the positive side (there isn't one for me personally) but the salon was great, inviting, the people really attentive and friendly, just a shame the cut didn't live up to my expectations, i don't know how the guy actually thought it looked nice.

I have been looking for an alternative hairdressers to Toni and Guy and I think this may be it! It was only my first cut so I can't say yet whether they'll continue to be as consistent but I've found the haircut really good and very pleasant staff.

Everything was running on time and even though they were quite busy I wasn't left for long periods on my own (which I have found at other hairdressers). It's a bust little salon tucked away in the Burlington Hotel entrance. If it wasn't for Wahanda I would never have noticed this place but I will definatley be going back.
