abi111 I want there as a relaxing treat, and splashed out for an aromatherapy massage at £40, so average cost or dear. When I went in for my massage the lady doing it was very dismissive, barly looking at me and not at all friendly. Then when the massage occured, there was not muic but a ticking clock and a fan going full blast, which was very cold when you have hardly anying on, and not the usual warm experience. The final staw, was that i paid £10 more for an aromatherapy massage rather than a normal one- but no aromatherapy scents or oils were used!!! A felt so angry, as I had saved up for that massage, I was even crying- not what you want to feel when leaving a massage. A also contacted then with my complaint, with no reply, so they oviously dont care what there customers think.
