I went to this salon twice, the first time was to use a Groupon voucher for a mani and pedi. The first visit was a great experience mainly thanks to the therapist I had (I think her name was Tatiana) who was polite and generally focused on her client (me). Her skill and attention to detail was fantastic. Based on that experience and the special mani-pedi package they had on, I booked in for a second visit but was assigned a different therapist. The second visit was not as good as the first one. The salon is close to Edgware Road tube so was a convenient location for me. The salon is small and quite cramped. The pedicure was conducted in a small room towards the back of the salon which has enough room only for the pedicure chair. The therapists tend to chat amongst themselves which can be distracting in such a small space but the salon offer good value if that is an objective.

This place is TERRIBLE - avoid!! I went there for a four hand massage. Even with my groupon deal, which made it £40, I feel completely ripped off.

Firstly, the facilities are horrible. You have to go down a dark, narrow set of stairs to get to the therapy rooms, the massage table squeaked every time I moved and the toilet ceiling was covered in mould.

Then there was the massage itself... I've had my fair share of massages and this was by far the worst. They clearly didn't know what they were doing and my body was left feeling even more tense than when I went in. The two therapists spent THE WHOLE MASSAGE having a whispered conversation in another language. The only words directed at me the whole time were "hello" and "the treatment is finished." I wasn't asked anything at all about what I might want from the massage. Also, someone has already commented on here, the massage oil could have been cooking oil because it did not smell of anything.

I really resent having wasted my time, especially since I'm going to have to go for another massage somewhere else to undo the damage caused by this one. But I particularly resent the fact that I have handed over any money to this horrible place, which doesn't deserve to be open.

I had a poor experience here. Got a voucher for a massage, expected a decent neck & shoulder massage, instead got a light rub for 40 mins, like having a feather duster run over your body. It was a bit chilly in there too. I was a few mins late arriving which was my own fault, but the girl at reception wasn't interested in giving me a few mins extra at the end - which didn't matter as it turned out given I'd had enough of the dusting. Only the easily pleased or those who've never had a proper massage before could think this place is any good - for me, zero therapeutic value and waste of time/money. I won't be going back.

I first bought an offer from groupon for manicure & pedicure for this salon. The staff was really friendly and i was really pleased to have a luxurious man & ped for that kind of a price. They really care about their customers and use top of the range products. Since then i have been back few times now and never been dissapointed. Definitly going back to try the hot stone massage.

I booked a haircut over the phone using a voucher from another deal site. I immediately got the impression that the person on the other side of the phone couldn't really care less and was distracted. When I turned up on the day, I was told that the only hairdresser they have on staff was on holiday so immediately I was not impressed. However, I did appreciate that they offered to put it right by swapping my haircut for a pedicure (I'd just travelled for the better part of an hour to get there so would not have been a happy bunny if I'd gone home un-beautified in some way!).

The choice of colours for the pedicure wasn't great - it seemed to be a variation on similar reds and pinks. The treatment room for the pedicure was shockingly bad - it was basically their massage bed with a foot bath on it and it was VERY uncomfortable to sit in for the full hour. The treatment itself was so-so - not bad but I could have achieved similar results myself if I'd had a spare half hour in front of the TV.

The salon overall is quite neat and tidy but very small and cramped. It doesn't really help you feel relaxed. Overall, I would not recommend this salon.

I came across B & K Salon through a friend. I went there for a 'hot stone' massage. I was very pleased with the venue and the treatment. I have been to many spas around the world and the 'hot stone' treatment was done as professionally as any i've had elsewhere. The salon is also very convenient for those who commute in to Marylebone Station - to have something 'done' on arriving in London or before heading home! Keep it up. Best wishes Tim

AMAZING LUXURY MANICURE AND PEDICURE!!! I came to the salon with a groupon voucher for £25 instead £75, for this money i had the best manicure and pedicure that i ever had and its definately worth cost £75.00. I'm a very shy person, so i really liked the fact that they did the pedicure in a private room, also i found that the beauty pheraphist was very well experienced, profesional and made you feel really relaxed during the treatment. All of the salon staff were very friendly and very helpful. The salon was small but very clean and tidy. My appointment lasted for around 2 hours and was very pleasing. After this appointment i was offered a discount on other treatments. I will definately come back to this salon for manicure and pedicure, and i would certainly reccomend this salon to friends and others to allow more people to experience what i have. See you soon.

I got the GROUPON £25 instead of £75... This is the worse pedicure and manicure I had! I really don't advise you to go there!! I had to take time off work because there was no evening appointment available before SEPTEMBER! So I booked for 4pm, 2 weeks before, I arrived 5 min earlier and they made me wait for 50min! Because they had booked 3 people at the same time. The treatment was supposed to last 2 hours... for LUXURY PEDICURE AND MANICURE!! I had everything done in 1 HOUR!! They were rushing on my feet and hands at the same time!! Very uncomfortable! They put so much nail polish I waited so long for it to dry but I had to go. Even after 2 hours it was still not dry and it was all messed up by the time I got home! I had to do it myself again! They kept speaking russian and you do not know what they're saying about you really? I found it very rude, the facilities are clean but very small.
I did not get what I paid for. It was not worth it £25 and definitely not £75!! What a waste of time and money!! The other customer who were there agreed with me they will never return to that place again. But the therapists were nice girls. I mean if they're not trained enough that's not their fault.

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Great body treatments.
Manicure and pedicure best I had done in London.
Will highly recommend.
