In a cozy, colonial-style atmosphere for which Ayurveda is known, deep-cleaning procedures are performed to enhanced well-being and more vitality. You can choose between individual applications, individually compiled Combination treatments or our "day care".
AYURVEDA - Prevention & Wellness begins with a cup of Ayurveda tea. On the first visit you are asked to fill out a short questionnaire ( "Doshabogen"), so that the oils for your needs can be identified.
In addition to various massages, we offer Shirodhara, as well as many full packs from natural earth and self-produced herbal oils, partly from freshly picked herbs.
In addition, for all treatments we use only high quality, organic products partly from India and partly from our region, all taking into account ayurvedic criteria. The prevention and wellness offerings will help more easily with stress and overwork in the daily challenges, but also in a friendly way to clean the body.
