The Avalon studio is a high-level yoga studio, with a very comfortable, relaxing ambience. It's very clean and there are a variety of classes to choose from -- both in terms of types of yoga and class times offered.
I participated in the six-month, 200-hour yoga teacher training program. I liked it very much until my yoga "mentor" crossed the line, violating my trust and not espousing the true yoga sutras that he preached, which was very disappointing. I have not been back since then. I don't hold anything against the other teachers, who are great, and I got what I needed from the teacher training program, but unfortunately the circumstance with the yoga "mentor" ruined my view of Avalon. I would like to return, but not for a while.
