I got given a couple of vouchers to use at the Atlas Spa and upgraded to a full body Hot Stone massage. As soon as I got there, I felt relaxed. The lounge was a lovely touch, being a nice chilled out area. The treatment rooms were peaceful and immaculately clean. The staff were amazing, especially Danni who did both my massage and facial. I have never felt so relaxed and would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs some time out or just a treat to themselves! I will definitely be going back :)

Writing this on behalf of my Mum - thoroughly enjoyed my treatments and will be back again! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Just a shame I couldn't get in the pool for a swim because of swimming lessons. We'll just avoid Saturday mornings next time round!

My hot stone massage and the facilities of the Atlas Spa were fantastic! I really felt relaxed and rejuvenated when I left. The staff were so friendly and happy. It was nice to feel they genuinely wanted us to enjoy our time there.

However I was just a little bit disappointed with the spa facilities we were able to use at David Lloyd. The pool was being used for swimming lessons and the jacuzzi was busy. It was a Saturday though and we do intend to come back but probably on a different day!

The waiting rooms and massage rooms were really comfortable and relaxing and you are taken to your treatment room promptly. The rooms are very atmospheric and designed to be relaxing. The beds are comfortable and the massage oils used were fragrant and softening on the skin rather than smelly and leaving residue. The woman that gave my massage was very friendly and open and relaxed all the muscles in my back, neck and shoulders with expertise. She was quite happy to have conversation or let me doze and relax. After the wonderful massage, we were quickly allowed access to the accompanying facilities in the David Lloyd gym and the have a very nice cafe/sit down area as well as a large indoor heated pool with lanes for different speeds of swimming, from those who were athletic to those going for a leisurely afternoon swim. There was a jacuzzi near the pool and a steam room. Around the pool were various running and fitness machines for everyone to use. Overall a wonderful place to spend the day.

I brought my sister a spa day for her birthday (I obvioulsy didn't want her to go alone, so kindly offered to accompany her!!). It was a fantastic day, the staff were the best we've experienced, the treatments superb, the lunch delicious and the chill-out room & facilities were perfect. We spent the whole day there (treatments were 9am, 1pm & 4pm) & the time just flew ... we didn't want to go home!! We will definitely return in the new year, thank you Atlas, thank you Angelina and Danni x

I visited Atlas on a Saturday for a spa day with my mum. Even after arriving 15 minutes late (due to a rubbish sat nav and bad navingation skills) the lovely staff welcomed us efficiently and with a yummy smoothie.

I started my morning with a hot stone massage - just what i needed after a stressful few weeks at work - and then had a gorgeous facial using some great Espa products. My therapist was not only welcoming and friendly, but really chatty and constantly making sure i was getting what i wanted out of the treatment. The amazing staff are really up there with selling the spa - they make the day so enjoyable.

There is a pool, steam, jacuzzi etc downstairs but we decided to stay up in the spa and chill out with some herbal teas and magazines in the relaxation lounge. I've been to many spas before with wealths of extra facilities but none of these have come close to the enjoyable experience i had at Atlas.

A fab place to go for that little pick-me-up. Will definitely be returning.

Lovely staff and the treatment was good however because attached to a gym facilities not always available.

Lovely attentive staff, nice environment and good quality treamtents, shame about the regular crashing of weights heard from the gym - took the edge off the relaxing environment. Sauna & Jacuzzi not available at time of visit - would have been nice to know in advance.

Love it there, am always made to feel very special and have such a lot of fun and laughter.
