Write A ReviewAfter purchasing the Spotlight offer for the lash extensions I couldn’t wait to get them done. I changed my appointment a few times due to work commitments and they were completely understandable. My therapist Rachel was amazing, can’t credit her enough. The lash lift results were beyond my expectations, I never realised my natural lashes had the potential to be that long and thick without lash extensions. I also decided to spend my £50 Wahanda Gift Voucher there, I got a eyebrow wax and tint plus Gelish nails, once again Rachel exceeded my expectations and I left very happy. One of my favourite things about the spa is the atmosphere, it’s very clear the therapists love their jobs, take pride in their work ensure customers are satisfied. Next time I go back I want to try a full spa day, will keep you posted.

The venue was lovely and we were greeted by staff when we entered. The complimentary juices and nuts while we waited for our treatments was a nice extra touch. My therapist Rebecca was fabulous. My mum and I were both extremely pleased with our gelish manicures and pedicures. It has been a week and there is no chipping and the shine of my french manicured fingernails and champagne toenails is still there. I'll definitely be going back.

I loved the spa area and the 2 course lunch i received, the therapist who did my manicure did a brilliant job from start to finish as my nails looked terrible before and absolutely wonderful afterwards. Its was such a treat to receive such wonderful treatment in the heart of London and within a beautiful peaceful setting. I loved the ambiance of the who spa, which was clean, spacious and inviting and the food in the restaurant was delicious, great value and a wonderful treat especially after having a treatment. Definitely going back!!!!n

Great idea as not just the usual manicure, nice hotel in the centre of london, was looked after by all the staff from start to finish, as it was a central london hotel, was able to explore central london afterwards which was a great way to spend the day.

I had such a lovely time at Athenaeum Spa! The beauty therapist was very good! The ambience of the Athenaeum Hotel is fantastic! It's clean, spacious, nice decorated and comfortable! To finish I had 2 courses meals at the main restaurant at the hotel which I enjoyed very much! I will be back for more and I recommend this place to everyone looking for an amazing and relaxing venue with professional beauty therapists!

We went as a group! and it was jsut perfect! we more or less had the spa facilities just between the 6 of us for atleast 2 hours.
We all enjoyed the massage and facial and the paint that we recieved in addition to the Jacuzzi, Steam room and relaxation room. Although the Gym was available to us, we chose not to use it as we was having a girly of just being pampered.
The staff were lovely and nice, the venue was very clean and pleasant to be at. It was also definately worth every penny as we purchsed the Weekday package.
Would defo recomment anybody to do whether as a group or a couple.

I went for Morrocan Rose Ritual. Took my sister for her Xmas present and we were both very impressed. The beauticians were fantastic. Gorgeous facial and massage with perfect amount of pressure. Came out of there floating on air and feeling the best ever after such spa treatments. This exceeds in comparison to Mayfair Spa. Would definitely go again. The spa area has a lovely ambiance. The only small thing that would perhaps bother some is that the changing area is tiny but it has everything you need.

The manicure was done in what seemed like a waiting area. The manicurist only applied one coat of colour, which I found a little odd as usually 2 are applied... The manicure lasted for a few days & if I'd have paid full price for this, I would have been disappointed.
There was a meal included in our offer. The meal was reasonably nice, but watch out for the cost of drinks! The bellinis (which were at best average) were £14 each: happily, I was in good company so the experience was overall, an enjoyable one.

The staffs are quite courteous and the lunch is quite good value for money. The only thing is that the nail polish is in poor quality. The receptionists from the hotel actually ignored us when we walked pass which is a shame because it actually takes the shine off the overall experience.

Went to the Athenaeum for the two-course lunch and mini-manicure deal, which was excellent value for the cost. Booking was simple and the staff very helpful (unlikea certain other venue not too far away!). The spa was peaceful and the therapist was friendly and took her time shaping my nails which I'd deliberately let grow. She left them a reasonable length and a slightly squared-off shape, not something I'd have done myself but it's worked well and they haven't broken off as they tend to do. The only problem was the polish: the colour range was somewhat restricted, the lighting wasn't brilliant (the manicurist was working in her own light) and the end result wasn't very good and I had to remove it when I got home.
Lunch was excellent and really good: you could have either starter + main course or main + dessert and the staff were attentive without being intrusive. Would definitely go back for lunch at least.
