This was my first time atm At One, the ambience is welcoming and comfortable, i was offerd a drink on arrival ansd promted to help myself, the atmospehere was lovely, the seating area very comfortable. My treatment, the bacial was very relaxing left my sking silky smooth, the facilities are very clean, i will return again.

I have not experienced many reflexology treatments before, I found the treatment relaxing and the therapist advised me of my trouble spots which was useful information. There was a shower in the treatment room too which was useful as I used it afterwards. Overall, I think that the treatment was enjoyable though I doubt that I would purchase many reflexology treatments in the future.

At One Day Spa is in a lovely location set away from hustle and bustle. was offered a drink whilst i completed my health form and the spa had lovely relaxing smell and ambience. Amy was very good and i will be looking out for more offers in the future and would definitely go again. Bargain offer, great price! There was also a market stall fair on in the arcade and so when i left i felt nice and relaxed and when for a mooch through the trinkets-overall great experience!

I went to the AtOne Day Spa after looking up places to go in Birmingham for a while on Google. They had a special voucher deal on, so it was 2 treatments for £50. So I chose Swedish Massage (60 mins) and Express Thai Facial (30 mins). The Spa is decorated nicely in luxurious purples and golds, and the massage/treatment rooms are nicely decorated too, with eastern type decor and Buddha statues etc. Nice relaxing music. I was offered a cup of tea, and then I completed a contact form. The therapist was called Miriam and she was very nice and friendly and made me feel relaxed. The massage was wonderful, very vigorous at times, which is what I needed as I had a lot of tension in my neck and back muscles. I then had spa facial which was lovely! She washed my face, put an exfoliator on, and then face mask and pads over my eyes...bliss!! Overall I ma very happy with the Spa and I am already planning a trip in June! Fantastic!!

The price of the Elemis body treatment was amazing. My treatment lasted 1.5 hours and my skin felt amazing afterwards. The therapist was extremely knowledgable and the setting was lovely too.. I woudl definitely recommend.. :-)..

I absolutely loved my visit to At One Day Spa - a gem in the middle of the city centre!
My therapist was exceptional, very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I have found sometimes when you purchase a voucher for a treatment you don't get the best service or experience the full treatment but this was definitely not the case with my visit to At One Day Spa.

The environment was nice and relaxed, and the smell reminded me of a holiday I took in Bali (in a good way!) The room for my treatment was really nice.

I was given advice for at home care and did purchase some products but didn't feel like I was held to ransom to do so.

I definitely recommend At One Day Spa, and can't wait to go back!

i'd booked the pedicure after the hussle and bustle of christmas and for the added bonus of the free upgrade "Free upgrade to Thai Luxury Pedicure when you book in for an Orly Spa Pedicure at the At One Day Spa ". Whilst the spa was lovely and cute, the staff were friendly, i had a laugh - but i had a standard pedicure without the "luxury pedicure" despite confirming the treatment i'd booked.

Slightly disappointed

A beautiful spa tucked into Western Arcade. The ambience in the waiting area was serene and chilled. The staff very professional and polite. The treatment rooms dimly lit enhancing the mood and encouraging deeper relaxation.
The treatment was very intense just as I expected, the therapist was expert in her knowledge and described the process, the affects and benefits of the cellulite treatment. She completed the treatment with a very relaxing head massage.

I had a deep tissue massage at At One Day Spa. The therapist was very professional and experienced and provided a brilliant massage. I will definitely return in the near future. I would recommend this to anyone!

A fabulous relaxing treatment. The salon was clean and friendly and the therapist was very welcoming. The treatment was fully explained to me. Would thoroughly recommend it. Left the salon feeling wonderful!
