I booked into Aspen through Wahanda to take my sister along who had never had treatments before. Carrie at Aspen exceeded my expectations with her level of customer service right from her welcome email when I had purchased the treatment package. The therapy rooms themselves are beautiful and we had the whole place to ourselves and received a very personal service from Carrie. We each lounged in front of an open fire while the other received their treatments. The consultation before treatments was informative and suited to each of our needs. It was a truly relaxing and revitalising day with exceptional first class treatment. I left, purchasing a beauty package for my friend as I was that impressed and wanted to treat my friend to the experience. I will be back for sure, and my sister had a great first time experience of holistic treatments and therapy. I would highly recommend.

Beautiful weekend away, a bit of a wonder around until finding the place, but guess no problem for those who live there.
How good is a facial depends on you skin (clearly), the product and the therapist. I had to take special time off to attend due to the location, however the facial was ok. Staff was friendly.

This was a great experience - unbelievable value for money - I paid £19 for the Lux Candle Massage. I went after work, and was immediately made to feel welcome by Cari. The salon itself is very homely, spotlessly clean, and so relaxing. I completely zoned out during the massage (the scalp massge in particular!) - it has been a long time since I felt that relaxed. I didn't feel rushed, and Cari spent time after my treatment discussing my skin concerns. I was so happy with my treatment that I booked in for a facial (going this week!) the same day, something I never usually do. Something about the experience just made me so comfortable and I felt like I really wanted to go back soon! Highly recommended.

Cari was great! She really tailored the massage to what I needed most and I felt fab after. The facilities were really nice and the massage table... OMG! Heated with soft blankets that actually covered my entire body - why not every place is like this is beyond me!! I've been to plenty of places for massage before so can say with some authority that this place is TOPS! Will certainly recommend and be going again and again!

The therapist- Cari was extremely welcoming, courteous and professional. The treatment room warm and welcoming.I had a lux candle massage which I highly recommend- a very relaxing, pampering experience from start to finish.

Had a 60min hot stone massage this afternoon - as always it was wonderful - wish I could go every week.

Great venue, beautifully done up, professional staff and good value of money. This is my first hot candle massage, highly recommended, It's pampering and the aroma help me ot relax and enjoy every movement of the massage. Cari is friendly, professional and caring. Certainly desired to be one of the best venue at Wahanda.

I visited Cari at Aspen Therapies and treated myself to the New Year pamper package which included a Hot Stone Massage and Microdermabraion Facial. The treaments were very relaxing and just what I needed during a long cold January! The treatment room is lovely and Cari is quick to put you at ease. Will be booking my next treat soon!
