I first came to Ashlins enquiring about the hydrotherapy curious and understandably nervous about the whole procedure. Zoe, the receptionist on the desk helped put my fears away, and was able to tell me general details of the therapy and I booked my appointment. During my first appointment Claire warmly welcomed, sat me down and began to tell me about the procedure, and asked me general question about my health. After the therapy I felt much better it really helped with my constipation, and after my return visit my stomach felt flatter and my skin started to clear up. I enjoyed the experience and would recommend anyone who is even just thinking about it to book an appointment.

I was so happy to find Ashlins on my doorstep! I am very lucky to have met Claire and feel that her advice and support in addition to the colonic therapy have contributed positively to my overall health. I have experienced two significant episodes when I felt very let down by conventional medicine and believe that I would have suffered even more had I not had colonics and Claire fighting my corner. Not only have I had instant effects ranging from relief from constipation, clearer skin, colds that seem to be starting disappear but over time there has been a marked upturn in my health and wellbeing. Claire is great. She gives excellent advice and is very results orientated. She is the consummate professional but always cheerful and sunny. I have always been totally happy with my sessions. I have been going for 3 years now and will continue to do so. When it comes to my health this is the best money I ever spent.

I first met Claire when I walked in for some advice for Colonics, as I had tried many
other treatments and none of them helped to locate/cure the problem.
She was very caring and really knew her stuff I had been having problems with
bloating, very bad cramping and feeling lethargic to name but a few.
After briefly discussing my symptoms (while she was in-between clients)
I decided to book an appointment.
It was the best thing I had done as I discovered I was wheat intolerant after Claire gave me homework which was an elimination process of food groups.
I will highly recommend to everyone as she has helped me so much and I
have a better life style as a result.

Claire Smith who performs this amazing treatment at Ashlins is without a doubt the best therapist anyone could ask for!
I have been going to Claire for 6 years since 2005 and after much much research into the treatment I wanted to find a therapist that had a clear passion for health, nutrition and who I thought would put me at ease during the treatment... A friend of mine said I MUST go to Claire and find out for myself how good she is and I have never looked back!
I can honestly say if I ever moved further away than I am now I would never ever go to anyone else and would happily travel far to see her!
This treatment makes your whole body feel amazing... clearer skin, more energy and generally feeling healthier (especially before and after christmas when we all eat badly!).
Over the years I have recommended many people to see Claire including my sister and we both see her regularly.
If you have ever considered having Colonic Hydrotherapy but weren't sure who to trust and feel comfortable with... I cannot rave about Claire and the Ashlins clinic enough!
