The best facial I have ever had or could imagine. Just perfect in every respect - from lovely staff to tea and nibbles afterwards to baby-soft skin after and beautiful decor. No hard sell of products and a lovely gift to take home as well as a selection of samples. Would very happily return.

Aromatherapy Associates have a lovely new salon in Knightsbridge. Staff are friendly but my therapist had a bit of an awkward manner which made me feel not as relaxed as I could be. I opted for a body treatment and after the initial exfoliation I was told to jump in the shower, however there was a problem as there was no hot water!

My therapist also tried to sort out the water problem but with no success and as all the other rooms were occupied I was given what felt like a 'bed bath' with my therapist using hot towels to remove the exfoliant. My treatment therefore was 'interrupted' with my having to wait on the bed whilst my therapist fiddled with the shower and checked to see if other therapy rooms were free.

Lovely gift with this offer and tasty snacks and drink - shame the actual treatment felt like a bit of a let down due to therapist and poor shower facilities. I won't be returning.

The mausseuse was excellent and her facials was really good. I . would certainly do this again soon.

The products are excellent as well. I would happily recommend this to my friends who love good massages.

Aromatherapy Associates have long made a name for themselves as one of the preeminent skincare brands and found in the most prestigious spas around the world. This small boutique in the heart of knightsbridge is the first time they have opened their own spa and its worth the wait.

Upstairs is a stylish shop filled with the latest from their skin, bath and aromatherapy lines. Downstairs are two beautifully designed treatment rooms and a comfortable waiting area. I had a facial which I loved. At the beginning of the session, the therapist took me through a set of diagnostic questions and then recommended the best aromatherapy oils for my skin and state of mind. The products are top quality and the therapists are very knowledgeable.

This is not a huge spa but the location is hard to beat and the treatments are really great -- especially if you are a fan of aromatherapy (which I am).
