The Age Aware Assessment

ARK’s Age Aware Assessment is a consultation system that categorises your skin according to what is appropriate for your age as opposed to your skin type. Given by our professionally qualified skin trainers, you will be asked questions about your general health and wellbeing as well as your skincare routine. We will then give you a customised report on your skin and prescribe a comprehensive 6 week skin health programme including ARK Age Aware Skincare treatments and products.

The ARK 'SkinResponse' Facial provides a revolutionary approach to skincare, with a treatment that truly responds to your skin, respecting its evolving needs as you age.Designed to combat the internal and external environmental factors that lead to premature ageing: free radical activity, inflammation, dehydration, breakdown of collagen, weakened immunity and loss of hormones, our SkinResponse Facial will cleanse and treat the skin, feeding it with essential nutrients and vitamins that will help it to function normally and reach optimum health.Your ARK personal skin trainer will give you a detailed Age Aware Assessment, then will customise your facial to address your skin concerns, using a combination of ARK Age Aware Skincare products and ARK SkinResponse Serums to intensify the bioactive treatment of your skin. The Cleavage 'SkinResponse' Facial, 75 minutes £75.00

This treatment is designed to smooth and revitalise skin all over your body but with particular attention paid to the cleavage and décolleté area.

People rarely use their facial skincare products from the neck down but it is just as important to look after the skin in this area because it is often exposed to the elements, especially sun damage, and can be susceptible to premature ageing as a result. In fact a crêpey décolleté can be more ageing than wrinkles on your face. So we decided to treat the cleavage area to a facial, giving you a toned and radiant complexion right down to the bust.

The Cleavage ‘SkinResponse’ Facial begins with an invigorating Loofah and Fruit Acid body exfoliation designed to slough off any dry or hardened skin and reveal a sleek and soft appearance. A soothing and conditioning oil is then massaged in to promote the suppleness and elasticity of the skin.

The décolleté and bust area are then given a full facial, including mask application, using draining and lifting massage movements to enhance circulation, eliminate toxins and help firm, hydrate and nourish the skin.

The Back ‘SkinResponse’ Facial combines the best of both worlds – a muscle easing massage with a reviving body scrub and facial for the back. The deep cleansing facial, which includes steam extraction, is designed to work on dry or congested skin or breakout areas on your back, whatever your concern is. Head and feet are not forgotten either as they are treated to a massage while the products do their work.
