I purchase this deal as a present for my daughter's 18th Birthday and it was a real treat, the place is near to where we live so it was easy to get there. The place looked really nice, clean and professional. After my daughter finish her treatment the therapist came out and suggested couple of cream that she thought will benefit my daughter's skin. She has been using the cream for a couple of months now and they have been really good and are doing exactly what the therapist said the would. My daughter is very happy with the results. THANKS

I only had a mini facial and skin consultation, but it was supposed to be worth £25- which it definitely wasn't. I had a skin consultation and not much else. So cannot comment too much, I'm sure their facials are great, but I had basically nothing to form an opinion on. No point advertising for a mini facial if that's not what one wil get.

The therapist was very helpful, knowledgable about beauty related matters, relaxing experience,they have great products including dermatologica. Location is convenient, next to putney high street. Wish i had more time to visit.Highly recommended.

I really love the politeness of staff within this venue. I got there well before my scheduled time and the staff were able to attend to me ASAP which felt amazing. It did not seem a bother to them at all. the treatment felt fantactic and very relaxing too. And I like their products too, they are age targeted and very appropriate.

Salon is very easy to find and in good location(just around the corner from main street).
The staff very friendly.
Despite the fact, that I was over 50 minutes late for my appointment , the receptionist unopposed resheduled me for another hour.
Bit dissapointed with the treatment (free ssesment + facial skin), which last for few minutes only.

This is a lovely small salon, located in quite a central location in Putney.

The therapist did quite a quick and basic facial, explaining the products as she went. She then spent some time examining my skin under a strong light.

I went away with a set of tiny test size products, suitable to my skin type.

Overall, this was ok for a freebie and I'd use the salon again.

It may not have been the biggest of spas/beauty centres but it was clean, tidy and calming. Although going for a free treatment (Free Skin Assessment and Mini Facial), I felt attended to and was given a a really refreshing facial. Happy with the results and may just go back at some point when in the area!

The staff were absolutely fantastic and made me feel comfortable. I was running late and they were very understanding which made all the diference for me. The venue wa clean, calm and the background music felt very soothing. The facial treatment felt amazing and the therapist was very friendly and made me feel at ease. I would definitely go back there again. The Ark aware skincare range was varied and very age specific so worth a try.

as a free session you got what it was a frww skin care assement the salon ws lovely nice and clean and smelt fantastic, the conversation was limited and i didnt get the sample pack that was offered originally in this promation. did leave with fantasic looking skin
