A really nice treat and you feel relaxed enough with the therapist to ask questions about your skin concerns and be offered solutions which work! The mini facial was both relaxing and professional!

I had a very pleasant experience at this salon. The staff were friendly and professional and the ambience was very calming. I'm very grateful for the free treatment and samples. It's a long way for me to travel but if I'm ever heading that way again I will book another treatment. Recommended.

That was amazing! I've got a free voucher for the facial in Fulham branch, and I can honestly say that the quality of treatment and the attention which I got was such that I could hardly get paying full price elsewhere. I am so impressed, the staff who work there know WHY they are doing it for free - to make people return for more!! Excellent!! Highly recommend to everyone!

Very nice facial and the theraoist was lovely. I felt looked after and pampered and left with my skin feeling softer and looking even. I still saw an improvement in my skin a week later.

The staff were very pleasant and I enjoyed the atmosphere. For a free session it was very good, and you even get some free samples which was a pleasant surprise. The consultation was accurate although the facial was short - but for free you cant complain.

I had signed up for a mini facial through Wahanda, from the moment I arrived until I left they really looked after me. I was really impressed with my therapist, she was very knowledgeable about the products but also about skin care and gave me some good advice about my skincare.

I would highly recommend this place to my friends and will go back there again.

Overall the experience was fun and interesting as I hardly have facials. The staff were friendly and very attentive to make my visit comfortable. I will definately go back for more treatments and hope to bring along a friend too.

I had never experienced a steam machine before, but my therapist (called skin trainers at ARK) explained this is used to thoroughly open up the pores. At first I found it incredibly hot, like being in a sauna of which I’m not the biggest fan, but once you get used to it it feels almost scientific in treatment, so you feel like your skin is really being clinically observed. A magnifying light is also used to see the state of your skin in-depth – I was told my skin wasn’t too bad apparently, a little hydrated and congested around the T-zone.

The other thing that struck me about this facial was the massage, which is out of this world. The strokes are firm and calming in one go, energising the face and leaving my skin feeling thoroughly nourished. I think this was also in part due to the ARK products that were used. Not just a cleanse, tone and moisturise here: this facial includes a pre-cleanse, then cleanse, steam machine, exfoliator, tone, masque, moisturise and serum all applied with pampering precision.

If your skin is in need of a serious MOT, get yourself to one of the ARK skincare centres pronto!
