I have told all my friends about my stay at your spa it was first class in every way,
i totally enjoyed the full body massage it was great and would recommend the spa to anyone who asked me

It was a great place for a quiet weekend away with my partner. Perfect for all ages. The spa treatment and spa facilities were excellent. The restaurant is highly recommended for evening meals.

This is an amazing venue. We were lucky with the weather and spent most of the day lazing by the outdoor pool. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only one thing could have been changed to make this an even better experience and that was at dinner - we felt a little bit rushed, rather than being able to enjoy the dining experience to the max.

This deal was absolutely fantastic value. We had a lovely time enjoying the facilities, taking country side walks and visited a lovely pub near the canal. Treatments were great, we used the indoor yacuzzi a lot as the outdoor one was quite full, played some tennis and relaxed drinking some champagne. Overall experience it was a 5, if anything maybe the food would get the lowest score on 3.5 so still ok.

This was a lovely place to go to to unwind and relax. There was loads of things to do to encourage relaxation e.g outdoor pool and sun beds, hot tub outside, jacuzzi, steam room etc, but as the weather was so good we spent our time laying around the pool and hopping in and out of the hot tub to then cool down swimming in the outdoor pool.

Apart from the staff getting confused and sending us to a incorrect room they were very friendly and helpful.

The only complaints I would have was on the offer we could have flowing refreshments...these were hot drinks or water only..would have been nice to see some fruit and snacks too. Also the noise levels from a wedding party were quite loud and could be heard from our room till the early hours.

Would definately stay again with another deal though not the full price.

Very polite and helpful staff. lovely food in the restaurant + good selection of wine. Beautiful area. Room was comfortable but shower could be updated. Steam room is good, but sauna only 60 C*, in the indoor swimming pool area not enough lounges

Hotel food was excellent with very attentive staff. Hotel room was spacious however bathroom could do with some updating. Spa facilities good, outside hot tub was lovely. Inside pool and Jacuzzi gets very busy on saturdays could find nowhere to sit to relax in this area. Steam room very good and treatments professionally performed with very attentive staff. My daughter and I especially enjoyed the fish pedicure, all in all we would visit Ardencote again in the future.

No booking problems with hotel or spa, staff where really friendly and helpful. room very clean and comfortable facilities spot on will book again next year.

Lovely venue and facilities - loved the outdoor swimming pool and hot tub!!!
Fish pedicure was interesting, I can not say I would do it again though!
Would definately visit the venue again.
